They are always so helpful, have amazing products, an amazing return policy, and I am just overall very impressed with this company. Their products are clean, thoroughly tested and perform VERY well. My favorite clean makeup brand. I have ordered from them probably 5 times at this point, over the past 5 years (I don’t wear makeup much but tend to order multiple things when I do) always a great experience. I did do a return once, and an exchange another time due to the colors not being right. No issues, super easy. Amazing experience!

I have ordered from Thrive for years, lately it’s not been very reliable. When I go to use my rewards it’s always a pain. ALWAYS,you have to jump through hoop's, hours or a day later ( depending on how long you can sit on your phone) to get help. It’s always been this way for me.Delivery is a whole other issue I just waited 10 days for eyeliner, I ended up going and buying one at a store and i found it to be better stayed on better and was a lot cheaper than Thrive. I requested a refund and 5 days later I’m still waiting on it. This has brought me to be totally done with Thrive to many hoops to jump through, not sure what has happened with this company but I will not be ordering from them again

I am a huge fan of Thrive ! At 65, it has been difficult to find moisturizing products. From the shadows to lip products , they are foolproof to apply . My particular favorite is the under eye concealer. FINALLY found my go to for my daily routine. My only complaint is that I would love a small sampler kit for lips and shadows . Thank you drive for being who you say you are

Worst liquid liner purchase in my many years of cosmetics use. While the product itself is easy to apply with control the container has been defective over two purchases and one replacement. The top literally blows off so violently that I have found it on the other side of the room. No longer willing to tape it together daily after once again finding the lid has forced its way off and now the product is dry. I feel it is likely well known by Thrive that this container needs a redesign. No longer interested in this line.
Now being asked to provide more detail or review may be removed. I have no interest in dealing with Thrive directly anymore and hope this supports the fact that I am a Human and my review is legit.No further detail should be required as the original description of the problem was pretty clear.

The eye shadow that I bought broke out without much used. Customer service was prompted to answer my email just to tell me after checking when I bought the product that it been more than 60 days and they can't not do anything about. Very expensive product, poor quality it should have long grace period.

There are two eyeshadow sticks that are out of stock. I spoke to someone who added me to a list. I hope to get them soon. I'm an older person and having the right eyeshadow color can help me feel like myself.

My Go-To Brand! Best Formula Hands Down! Whether I do a full face or a 5-Min OTD routine, these products have me covered. I always purchase double to make sure my favs do not run out. TC has what every Pro & Newbie needs. Face, Eyes, Lips, Brows, Esteem... lol. I am having a blast with these products. Don't take my word alone, Try Them for Yourselves. You'll see what I mean. :-)

I've been purchasing from Thrive for 4yrs now. It's a clean beauty brand with a high focus on customer satisfaction. Thrive also participates in a giving back program. I've never had any issues with returns/exchanges, customer service communication, or feedback. Some products have not met standard and I was immediately issued refunds for those products.

Never answer chat questions. Have been asking when a certain mascara color will be back in stock and can never get an answer.

I ordered the eyeshadow pencil, I like the color and feel of it, but its too soft, its broken twice and its short to start with. It didn't last 3 month and I don't use it every day.
The lip tint, feels wonderful on but the color is not what I expected by the description and picture. Its more orange tinted than pink.
Also the case its in broke in the first week. The casings are very cheap for the price of product. Might try something else, still debating.

Ordered 4 mascara's, my sister messaged me to let me know that the mascara she opened was thick and clumpy. Very disappointed with the product, not only is it expensive, but now they are selling them clumpy. Come on Thrivecausemetics, do better!! Please don't order these products unless you enjoy disappointment

I’ve used some of the eyeshadow, the mascara, and now I’ve ordered brow gel and lip glosses. Eyeshadows have lasted for a long time, and they wore very nicely. The tubing mascara is really weird. It does come off easily just like they say, but when you try to remove it, there’s little black specks all over your face and in your sink. And it takes quite a bit to clean it all off. That’s a bit annoying. They market it so that it is “easy to remove”. But it slides off your eyelashes fairly easily, but onto your face and into your sink. So really is difficult to remove completely.
But what’s most annoying is just how long it takes for them to ship the product to you. I’ve been waiting a week and was expecting it today. But now the tracking information says it will come tomorrow instead. So just know that you will wait a while to get your product. And fingers crossed I will get it tomorrow, even though there is no reason for it to be delayed. I don’t know whether to blame thrive, or the Postal Service, but just know that they mail it the slow way to you.

I received the lip serum, I emailed them right away to let them know you could not advance anymore product out of the tube. It just turned and clicked. I wanted to return and have them exchange. I have not heard anything and have sent 4 or 5 emails. Just be aware when ordering there could be issues with the functionality of the product.

Got some of their products as a gift. Honestly what I am actually most upset about is the packaging. For the price the packaging could not be more cheap. I've had one of the eye pencils fall packaging fall apart on me. Then, because it did, the stick inside broke. My makeup only sits on my bathroom counter. I don't take it with me and no jostling. Hence I cannot understand why a this item, that cost almost $40, is in really rank plastic packaging. Other drug store brands hold up better. Disappointing...

I bought the eye concealer, eyeliner and lipstick claiming that they stay on a long time and are transferproof. I found this not to b true. The eyeliner and lipstick wore off in 3 hours. I did not touch it, rub it or eat. So not really any better than the cheap ones you can get.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent order. During the checkout process, I inadvertently added a lash serum to my order, in addition to the mascara I intended to purchase. I immediately contacted customer service to cancel the serum; however, I received no response. Upon receiving the order, I found the mascara unsatisfactory. I retained the opened mascara and promptly returned the unopened mascara, the lash serum, and the complimentary gifts.

According to my tracking information, these items were delivered over a week ago. Despite my consistent attempts to contact customer service, I have yet to receive a response or the $123 refund I am owed. This experience has been profoundly disappointing, and I intend to share my negative experience with my network. I have engaged with numerous online retailers, and I must state that this company's customer service is unequivocally the worst I have encountered.

Great products and great customer service!

I have literally been getting ads from thrive for their mascara for years. I finally decided to try it out, and overall, I was pretty disappointed for all the hype it was getting.

If you put the mascara on very softly, it does look nice. But what I noticed is throughout the day the mascara clumps up and these flakes falls on your face.

My husband noticed before I did and made comments about it, which is weird because he usually wouldn’t notice stuff like that.

If the mascara gets wet at all it starts clumping and falling off immediately and looks so bad.

I was visiting with my aunt and I noticed the mascara she was wearing was very clumpy and didn’t look did. She mentioned she tried a new expensive brand and wasn’t sure what she thought of it yet and told me it was thrive too! I was shocked.

So overall, the mascara is not that good and it’s way overpriced.

I wrote this review on the thrive website and after I submitted it it just said thank you for your feedback. I think it should be illegal for businesses to only publish five star reviews on their website and then accept "feedback" for the other stars and then not show them on the website.... it’s not transparent. It literally is lying to people.

I love their mascara and customer service is great!! I had angela on chat help me pic out colors for my eyes!

Edit April 27: I have been wearing the mascara for 2 wks now. I love how it looks very natural. My lashes are very long after applying. I have not experienced any clumping or flakes or smearing. I apply two coats too. I would recommend!! Also it doesn’t irritate my eyes like some mascaras.
