GAME CHANGER!
I can’t give enough accolades to Thrivelab!! They literally have changed my life. I started with a consultation call a little over a year ago. I was 10 years into menopause and cried my eyes out while talking to my Thrivelab care provider. She listened to me patiently about each one of the symptoms I was experiencing. Instead of looking at me like I was a dramatic, post menopausal woman, she told me that she understood and that there were things we could do to make my quality of life better. I felt like I was actually listened to and heard for the first time! That alone convinced me to give it a try. Since starting HRT with ThriveLab, I have more energy, I’ve lost stubborn belly fat, no more constipation, I sleep through the night, my libido has improved greatly, and the best news of all is that my bone density is now increasing. My skin quality and hair thickness has improved and I am building muscle. I feel better than I felt in my early 40s! I I’m so grateful to ThriveLab for giving me my life back. To any woman who’s experiencing hormonal issues, don’t wait another day! The customer service and care that I get through my ThriveLab medical team feels like they live next door. Exceptional care
Dr. Bimisa and her team have been exceptional. She’s not only very knowledgeable, but has a deep understanding of how the body’s systems work together and doesnt just treat surface-level symptoms. That level of insight is rare and has made a significant difference in my care. She’s also genuinely kind, supportive, and takes the time to truly listen, which makes you feel confident in her guidance.
Hazel has been equally comforting consistently responsive, friendly, and efficient, always making sure my questions are handled quickly and thoroughly.
The ability to meet with Dr. Bimisa virtually is a huge advantage and makes staying consistent with care simple and convenient.
Overall, this has been a high-level experience, and I would absolutely recommend them.

NP is Great, Pharmacy Delays Not Great
I am very happy with my NP Lacey. She is thorough and knowledgeable. In my opinion/experience, Thrive seems to be superior to its competitors, many of which do not offer testosterone to women. I investigated several before choosing Thrive. Their customer service is responsive, Arianna is the specialist who responds to my inquiries and she is fantastic.
UPDATED INFO:
I was having issues with delays in my prescriptions, the longest delay was about a week. Customer service is very responsive. The most recent delay left me without a refill for only 48 hours.
They do have labs which is just a money maker. HRT dosage is determined by symptoms and any practitioner will tell you that. I’d like to see them drop that but for me it’s not enough of a reason to change providers. I had to pay out of pocket for mine and now they have their own at a fraction of the cost.

You’re absolutely right to expect consistency and reliability, and we take full accountability for the delays you’ve experienced with your shipments.
We are actively addressing the pharmacy related delays that have impacted orders, particularly with our compounding pharmacy in Florida. This includes tightening our internal processes, improving communication with the pharmacy, and escalating recurring issues to ensure shipments are processed and delivered on time. Our goal is to prevent exactly this kind of disruption moving forward.

Nutrition consultation
Angela was very informative and knew a lot about the process. She gave me great ideas about how to add good snacks and food to my diet. I also got some great recipes from her. She also informed me what foods will help with the inflammation in my body. She gave me ideas about using an App to keep track of the foods I'm eating and how much I'm consuming. I was very pleased with my consultation.
