Is this service an investment? By all means. Can you do it yourself? Not unless you're an expert in native plant ecology and garden design! The expertise you're paying for is irreplaceable, and the results are beyond anything you could possibly imagine. Bottom line, the Thrive team exceeds expectations. Highly recommended.

Great first visit with Kevin. Super Excited! To finally be able to talk about front and backyard in terms of meeting all the needs and not cookie cutter big box solutions. Very rewarding and we haven’t even gotten started yet.

Loved working with Dustin and Thrive Lot. We felt knew they would steer us in the right direction to find a terrific, sustainable team here in Long Beach, CA. The finished product is gorgeous and we get constant compliments from our neighbors and folks walking by.

From start to finish Dustin (ThriveLot coordinator) & Jesse (ThriveLot contractor) listened to me and helped me plan great additions at my new house! I wanted to have 4 large metal raised beds, a no/low mow lawn in the front, Brick edging install using bricks I had on my property, and ferns and other shade loving plants for an area under a large spruce tree on my property. I also needed several large shrubs to be cut down.

Every part of my yard got an update or addition. I am beyond happy with everything. Jesse worked very hard. He was always very attentive and eager to answer any questions I had.

If you have some ideas in mind for your property & want something eco-conscious, reach out to ThriveLot & see if it is a good fit. I highly recommend them.

First visit went great. Kyle was extremely flexible about what I wanted, dreaming big, seeing the whole vision but starting small and manageable. Going to be honest I wasn’t sure about this strange eco internet company and who they could find me, but they did great! Highly recommend to consult with them on a project if your desire fits in their eco/agro world. Just to keep it in perspective Just give yourself 3 months min of planning from contact , 3 -4 weeks before site visit then they have several months to get the plan to you and idk how long to execute plan. So just keep in mind it’s not a “i want to rip out and replace my garden today” response more of its spring and I want to have this done by fall response.

From the introduction with Dustin to Kyle coming out and visiting me and my property; the team at ThriveLot was always asking follow up questions and helping me understand what I didn’t know. Everything has been completely customized and flexible. 5 Stars the entire way

Many thanks to Ben and his team, I can't rate them highly enough. I have a rather large front garden and wanted stones put down in place of the grass to make the garden maintenance free. The team arrived right on time on the Thursday morning and by the end of the day the grass was lifted and the matting down awaiting delivery of stones on the Friday. Totally out with the control of the Thrive team the stones didn't arrived as arranged, the particular stones I wanted were hard to get but Ben managed to source them, unfortunately the delivery company, who weren't their usual supplier, let us down and didn't deliver as agreed. When eventually we did get the delivery the shading of the the stones was different therefore Ben refused to accept them. During all of this I was kept totally informed of what was happening, eventuality the Thrive team managed to get their usual contractor to help out, today the stones arrived, the garden is finished and looking great. What a fabulous hard working team, if you are thinking of getting work done in your garden I would definitely recommend this company without any hesitation. Thanks a million boys, you were all amazing.

We had our initial assessment with Thrive lot and our expert was great. Jessie really listened to us. We are excited to see what comes next.

The first site visit was professionally handled and the passion for our project was met with a great amount expertise and knowledge. It looks like we’re on our way back to natural native planting, bird and friendly insect garden that will eliminate chemicals and the need to overuse water.

I spent a couple of hours with Greg looking over my yard. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me some great ideas for my property from plants to design. He asked about how I use the yard and what I was interested in creating. I had a wonderful time learning about native plants and placement of a variety of plants based on the sun and soil... gardening is a hobby but Greg is a professional and a teacher. I'm so glad I opted for the visit!

Greg was very attentive to what we wanted to create. He evaluated everything and made many suggestions.

Specialist was knowledgeable. He knew what he was talking and recommending for my yard/requirements. Seems to be very pleasant and friendly.
Liked the fact that he is a pro-organic and natural farming person which made me feel that he could understand what I was asking or how I do things in my garden.

Jesse came over and spend 90 minutes walking with me through my yard. He listened attentively to what I wanted. I was given immediately useful feedback on the edible landscaping I had already done. Fact is, the deposit paid for itself by saving me from purchasing additional plants that wouldn't have fit my goals.

Best of all, Jesse helped me with an arrangement that saves me money by letting me do most of the work myself, while providing regular consultations to keep me on track and answer questions.

These folks clearly listen to their customers and build plans that fit exactly what they need. I'm telling anyone who will listen to use this service.
