THT Direct.co.uk Reviews

Easy to order. When we phoned we got through right away to talk to someone
Very helpful and friendly great service
Would definitely order from the company again
Delivery was great on time again very friendly

Easy, to order, given a 2 hour delivery slot which was adhered to. Prices much cheaper than high street and other online retailers. What’s not to like.

George was very helpful in arranging things and delivered the TV at a time of my convenience. Price was £400 cheaper than the manufacturers website and £250 cheaper than Currys. This is the first place I will be checking in future when in the market for electrical goods. Would highly recommend 👌

Excellent customer service delivered as promised and with a friendly and helpful driver and all at a great price.
This company comes highly recommended.

First class service from start to finish. Prices are way cheaper than your high street competitors. Can’t recommend highly enough

Best price online, delivered within the 1 hour time slot they gave me, would definately use again.

Fantastic company. Purchased a 75in QLED and they were far more competitive with the price than any others and I mean by at least £200! The delivery was great too and no damage as they use their own drivers. Will def buy from them again. 10/10

Great customer service from start to finish.

Guy who delivered it was top class.

Great little company.

All email and questions about the product before purchase answered precisely, politely and quickly. A traditional Scottish family electrical retail shop with family values. Prices are highly competitive with free delivery. Carefully delivered within the allocated 2 hour time slot and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Many thanks.

Good communication,quick delivery,really good service.

Good price. Early delivery. Totally satisfied.

Amazing knowledge and support regarding our purchase. Quick delivery and installation. Cannot fault any part of the process as it was so efficient.

Extremly helpful, very quickly responding to emails!Quick delivery time, well recommended! If we plan anything else to buy, that would be our shop to choose from!Thank you all!!!

Excellent service from knowledge about what tv to select right through to professional delivery and installation. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Great service, from order to delivery.

This is the second time I’ve bought a tv from THT and are faultless every time from buying online to the delivery and installation Very much worth looking at rather than buying from the bigger outlets. Top marks
