THT Direct.co.uk Reviews

Value for money and excellent communication and professional service. No issues at all during the transaction and delivery.

Great product at a fantastic price - seriously lower than the big competitors. Easy online purchase and delivery process. TV was delivered on the day I requested and on time. Even the delivery driver was a lovely bloke who couldn't have been more helpful. Great to be supporting a local private business and a top-notch experience all round.

Very reasonably priced and arrived on time just as promised.

Found this company by chance, was looking for an LG Television. We live in West Lothian and visited them Saturday 18th July. George was very helpful, agreed a good price & our television was delivered on Tuesday 21st. Great service & in fact so good on price that we ordered a Bosch washing machine on Monday 20th & it was delivered & installed by George on the 21st too.
Would not hesitate to use them again.

We had an excellent experience purchasing our new LG OLED TV through THT Direct. The website is very well designed, with clear and detailed product information that made it easy to compare options and understand the features of each television. The descriptions, specifications, and pricing were all presented in a straightforward manner, giving us confidence throughout the buying process.

What particularly impressed us was the excellent customer service. The website provides direct telephone contact numbers, and when we called, we received an immediate response from a knowledgeable and helpful member of the team. Shortly afterwards, THT Direct contacted us with additional information and advice that helped us make an informed decision and proceed with our purchase of the LG OLED TV. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to assist made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We would highly recommend THT Direct to anyone looking for quality products backed by outstanding customer service.

Before ordering my TV I phoned the company to get advice regarding my choice of TV.
I then went online and ordered the TV I liked. It was delivered on a date that suited me and I chose to pay for set up.
The guy was so friendly and helpful and I love my TV.
By the way I did my research and it was the best price on the market!
So hats off to THT Direct.co.uk in Shotts

Great price for an LG OLED TV. Free delivery and Saturday delivery offered as a free option as well. Delivered in the timeslot promised by a friendly delivery man.

So all in all nothing could have been better. Well done to this company and its personnel.

Great communication, almost rapid response to every question I asked.
Very polite and professional customer service.

A great company to deal with from initial contact with some questions on the product through to an on time delivery. Staff were friendly, polite and informative. Delivery arrived exactly at the beginning of the two hour time slot with a helpful delivery person. Price was the most competive at the time and more than happy to be dealing with a local company. Would definitely recommend and will certainly use again.

I have now bought several appliances from THT Direct. They are one of the best companies I use. I always aim to use and support local or independent companies when I can. THT prices are competitive, they always deliver on time and tbeir delivery man, George will install the appliances too. They are on hand if any support is needed. I would be delighted to recommend them to anyone.

The service was swift and efficient and an unbelievable price. The experience would have been five stars, but my 65" LG C5 oled was delivered by one guy, who carried it up one flight of stairs on his own. Don't get me wrong, the tv was fine, and the guy was really nice, but that's an expensive disaster waiting to happen. Still, the delivery was on time, and no harm done, apart from a minute of (unnecessary) stress for me.

Fantastic customer service and speedy delivery I would definitely recommend them and it's a bonus they are local

2nd TV bought from THT, great service and price. I had an issue with the TV which was sorted out within the week no questions asked. Cant recommend enough.
