My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. After making the payment, the order was never processed. There were no updates, no email replies, and no response from customer support. Once they receive the money, communication completely stops.

I have tried multiple times to contact them through different channels, but there has been absolutely no response.
I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this company to be very cautious. Based on my experience, they are thieves

I honestly don’t understand how they are still allowed to stay in business while continuing to take people’s money. Avoid this site unless you want to lose yours too.

Ordered in October last year, and the product was delayed for over a month. I requested a cancellation and refund, which they agreed to — but after dozens of emails, excuses, and empty promises, I still have not received my money to this day.

This website took $100 from me, never delivered the product, and never issued the refund they promised. Communication is nothing but stalling tactics until they eventually stop responding.

I placed an order on 7 February, but the order never appeared in my account, so I couldn’t track it. When I contacted customer service, Farouq told me it would be delivered on 19 February. A few days later, Sara emailed saying the item was actually out of stock. I repeatedly asked for a refund but only received automated replies by Sara and Annie saying the refund was “pending approval.” After waiting over a month, I warned them I would file a chargeback and report them, and then they disappeared. Their strategy seems to be delaying customers with promises of delivery or refunds until the 120-day chargeback window passes.

Would choose zero starts if it was an option

Terrible company. I have called and emailed with no response in regards to my order. Do not use this company. Awful service zero customer service. Do not order from them

It is just a scam and a fake website.

Never ever ever make an order on this website, haven't received my order no a refund though applied there several times, nobody reacted. Only their "I'm sorry for the delay". But wait what delay if I haven't received the products at all neither a refund. If it was zero stars I would give zero.

I don’t recommend anyone to go through this website or order anything they are thieves. I made an order and I didn’t get anything after the payment done. I have been waiting for my order which never came and I cannot even follow up with them. I sent him an email no respond. Please be very cautious. Don’t purchase anything through them.

It’s definitely a horrible company, didn’t get me a genuine what I paid for but a imitation instead, a third grade product, this company is not genuine, besides no one respond to your email, until you put a frustrating email. It’s definitely a horrible company.

Please do not trust this website. I placed an order in October because the company showed a Dubai address, which made it look genuine. I waited almost two months but did not receive the product. After that, I requested a refund, but I still have not received the refund.

I have called many times, but nobody responds. I also sent emails and did not receive any reply. When I checked the reviews on Facebook and Google, I found that many other customers are facing the same problem as me.

I strongly advise everyone not to order anything from this website. Please be careful.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! They are nothing but scammers who are capable of dragging out information about your ordered product for months, and then you have to wait 10–15 days for a refund — if you’re lucky enough to receive it at all!

Avoid this company at all costs - they take your money nothing arrives and they refuse to refund. Its a utter scam

paid BD43 for Brita water filters and they claimed payment was not received and asked for proof which I forwarded the bank payment confirmation. Never got back to me and obviously no refund and delivery of goods.
No communication thereafter. DO NOT BUY.

Promised delivery, but nothing ever arrived. Team kept telling me the items would arrive, but the promised dates were never achieved. I am still waiting.

My order (TH0017113384) was placed on 7 February. I contacted customer support 5 times, and every time I received the same repeated response with no real action. No clear update, no proper cancellation confirmation, and no refund timeline.
