Oktoberfest
Went to Oktoberfest with 3 friends.
Had a great experience. Hosts were brilliant and it was easy to find the meeting place to pick up the reservations.
Would do it again. Only downside was that tickets were a little expensive.

Great Oktoberfest experience
Made a reservation for Oktoberfest 2022 in Munich using Tickazilla. Great communication from Darryl all the way from placing the order through to the event and beyond. We had a meet and greet service where we met our host at a nearby hotel and she made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely use & recommend Tickazilla for this kind of thing again.

Great people
Great people, easy to communicate with and knowledgeable of Octoberfest. It made our trip very easy for the first time at the event. Not speaking the language would have been very difficult to get access to any tent without them.

We bought real madrid match tickets…
We bought real madrid match tickets through Tickazilla, because the official website and ticketmaster won't accept US credit cards. We really appreciate the not-overly priced tickets (compared to more than $100 extra charge from other platforms) and responsive customer service. They even automatically refunded money right away when I accidentally purchased tickets that were sold out while they were still updating their UI. Next time I need to purchase football or other tickets, I'd love to buy through them again!

Quality help with purchasing a Serie A match ticket
Darryl and his team were fantastic in following up with myself my request for a football match ticket while I was travelling through Italy, for a game in Florence the following week. They made it happen and secured a great seat for myself to watch La Viola v Juventus, my first ever Serie A match live. I highly recommend Tickazilla to buy foreign match tickets through, and also receive quality communication through the process.

Couldn’t recommend them enough
Couldn’t recommend them enough. Purchased tickets for Fiorentina v Juventus from them and the communication with Darryl was great throughout, the tickets were sent quickly and had no problem getting into the stadium with them. Anybody who, like myself, is hesitant purchasing from a ticket company need not worry with tickazilla :)

Fantastic service from start to finish
Fantastic service from start to finish. The initial ticket booking process was seamless (Lazio v Napoli) and despite the unfortunate situation of all overseas on-line ticket sales being cancelled due to local legislation (not Tickazilla's fault), the processed an immediate refund and provided super clear advice on where and when to purchase tickets on the day of the game. Really impressed with the customer service and will definitely be using them again and also recommending them to friends.

Lazio vs Inter
We bought tickets only an hour before the kickoff for the Lazio vs Inter game and had the best service.
We received the tickets within 10 minutes and even had a call from Daryl re-assuring us that the tickets would be delivered. Excellent service - highly reccomend.

Hidden gem
Honestly cant explain how much of a gem tickazilla is! We managed to get tickets to see Roma vs vitesse, i checked Stubhub and the were wanting £200 for 2 tickets. Came across tickazilla and got 2 tickets for £56! Amazing seats aswell!! Absolutely no problems getting into the ground either. Will 100% use again and have already told all my friends

Would definitely recommend tickazilla- we went to watch the Atalanta game on Sunday 6th Feb, tickets sent to us quickly via email and everything explained to us correctly, had no issues getting into the stadium.

Don't book with them!
I had to wait months for a Six nations refund, but this is not the problem and I didnt complain. Finally, today I received my reimbursement, minus 20%!!
That's right, they kept 20% as adminstration fee, even it the event is cancelled/resticted.
They stole my money. I will report them to the consumer union , we should all do the same.

Thanks for submitting your feedback.
We understand your comments about the administration fee however we are legally required to pay the 10% fee to our agent. This is a non-negotiable fee, which is part of our corporate contract for your original booking. We also need to charge a 10% fee ourselves to cover our own unrecoverable direct costs associated with processing and paying for your ticket booking.
This was explained via our terms and conditions of sale at the time you made your booking. You marked these compulsory conditions as being accepted, read and agreed to, before you submitted and paid for your reservation.
We are also unable to recover our own indirect business expenses, such as advertising and staffing. Ultimately, we follow our customers instructions to book tickets on their behalf, as and when we receive their bookings via our website. It is therefore unfair to expect our company to cover all related expenses associated with processing and paying for your ticket booking.
Furthermore, the refund has only just been initiated today because tickets to this event have only recently been cancelled by the event organiser.
Once more, we are so sorry that your ticket reservation didn’t work out on this occasion, due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Currently awaiting a refund for the Guinness 6 Nations Ireland V France game, the tickets for which have now been officially cancelled by the FFR & IRFU.
Statement issued by IRFU & available to view on various sources:
“The FFR have also confirmed that all tickets issued to the IRFU for the France v Ireland game, penned in for Saturday, October 31, have been cancelled and will not be valid for the rescheduled fixture.”
I am looking forward to my refund and not being forced to issue proceedings against this company, as I have already done with EasyJet and Campanile.

The French Rugby Union have not yet cancelled nor refunded tickets for France vs. Ireland. As per our latest email to you, the Six Nations tournament organisers have only recently announced that the game will be rescheduled, although it is highly unlikely that spectators will be permitted into the stadium due to the coronavirus pandemic. We have kept you up to date throughout and are now waiting for further instructions from the French Rugby Union. We cannot issue refunds simply based on a untimely statement released by the Irish Rugby Union, which has not yet been duly confirmed by the French Rugby Union. Our corporate contract for your tickets is held with the French Rugby Union and not the Irish Rugby Union. The most recent update from the French Rugby Union states:
“The meeting of the XV of France Men against Ireland will take place on Saturday, October 31, 2020 at 9:00 p.m. at the Stade de France (Saint-Denis). With the concern to guarantee the health and safety of athletes and fans, the FFR, in close collaboration with the Six Nations Committee, is working with the public authorities on the conditions of the organization of these matches. These conditions will be communicated to you as soon as they have been validated by the authorities.”
Unfortunately, we have our hands tied with our corporate contract and cannot do anything until they release further guidance and/or authorise it.
Once we receive further updates from the French Rugby Union, we will obviously inform you accordingly.
