The Ticket Clinic represented a family member for an out-of-state speeding ticket in Kingsland, Georgia involving driving more than 15 mph over the highway speed limit. Because the court does not allow Trial by Written Declaration, the only options were to appear in person or hire an attorney; otherwise, pleading no contest and paying the ticket would have meant points on the driving record for the next three years, a separate Georgia Super Speeder penalty, and likely higher insurance rates.

Even with very short notice (about 48 hours), The Ticket Clinic was able to move the hearing date and successfully negotiate a settlement reducing the charge to a non-reportable offense. This avoided Georgia DDS points, the Super Speeder surcharge, and the need to appear in court.

The Ticket Clinic successfully got the charges against my son dismissed. Their office enabled us with a power of attorney to represent my son in court as we live out of state, they thoroughly documented the context of the event that led to charges that could have been serious in nature & communicated with court officers that resulted in the charges being dropped. Trust in the process, my experience with our attorney and supporting staff was great!

I had a speeding ticket (last one was years ago when I was much younger) that I felt was totally unjustified. I contacted this company with caution and hoping it wasn't a scam. I was treated so well and given updates throughout and just found out that it has now been dismissed with no fines or points assessed. The cost was a lot less than the ticket itself.. I am beyond relieved and pleased.. They are great to work with..

Absolutely stay away from them. I specifically hired them for a bogus speeding ticket I got, wanting to get the fine thrown out. The ticket was itself too expensive, and unfair, so I after looking around online this place was recommended. They are expensive but would have been cheaper than paying the ticket. 2 1/2 months later the only communication I ever got from them was when I personally called to get a check in.

Finally the results are that the points were dropped, something you can removed for free with a course online. But the fine wasn't dropped.

I contacted and they refused to refund.

So all in all they made the situation WORSE by adding to the fine.

Stay away from predatory places like this.

They kept the points off my license which i could have done or anyone else. Just ask for a court date. Please no contest, ask judge to without adjudication which he does 99% of the time and pay the ticket. So don’t waste $100 on ticket clinic when you can do it.

Danny Taub ESQ does not work for his clients, he works with the state. I was illegally stopped in Key west for no registration, but i had a clearly posted operating permit displayed in my back window. I was not written a ticket for speeding or blowing a red light because no infractions of this type occurred. The case should have been dismissed due to no probable cause for the traffic stop, but Danny refused to fight for this. Not only did he threaten me with jail time, he told me I had to sell my truck. The firm wanted $2,000 to fight this case and when it came down to it did not fight at all. I would highly recommend not hiring this false defense attorney. You would be better off saving your money and going with a public defender.

Got my first minor traffic ticket ($166) in 15 years of driving and really wish I had just elected traffic school instead of using ticket clinic. I only found out later that traffic school is cheap ($10), easy, all online and avoids court fees and points on your license. Ticket clinic makes promises they can't keep and I ended up paying them $100 for their "services," the full cost of my ticket, then another $155 in courts costs, plus the fuel and time it took to bring documents and dash cam footage to their office in person because they could not figure out how to open digital files sent by email. I don't even know if what I supplied them made it into the right hands because I never knew who my lawyer was or what was happening with my case until many MONTHS later when I got the final results. During those months I got multiple letters in the mail warning me that my driving license would soon be suspended because I guess someone somewhere didn't file paperwork in time. The kicker was I still have to do traffic school after all the extra money paid. If you can freely elect traffic school yourself for your ticket, do not bother wasting money on ticket clinic. Never again!
