Crap company
Crap company, no le way to give refunds for unforeseen circumstances. Won't refund or re-enstate cancelled tickets. Took £120 of my money when found out I was going to have operations. When my consultant said it won't be till 2027 they wouldn't let me carry on with my payment plan. Will never buy from this company again

error moving tickets from an event last year
bought tickets as was assured tickets for a photo opportunity were moved to this year due to a cancellation by the quests at the event last year, only to be told they didn't move the tickets and they messed up, and the have not even refunded it, so now i have bought entry tickets to attend an event that is pointless going to now as they have messed up, most companies would hold their hands up and say sorry and offer a refund without any question, hopefully i can get somewhere with the event organizer. wont be using these again

Missed the event I was meant to attend, completely my fault. Called ticket quarter to see if I could get on the later tour. Spoke to a lovely lady who said she didn’t think this was possible but would find out. Due to some availability they let me attend later event
Accidentally purchased tickets for Wrong Day
Accidentally purchased tickets for a Friday instead of a Saturday due to calendar layout. Contacted customer services and they sorted it out for me promptly without issue.
Double my tickets
Buying 3 tickets was the correct amount at check out and then at payment it doubled so now i have 6 tickets that aren't refundable if doesnt show what your buying until after you buy it.

It isnt a review about a show ive seen, it is about the refund service 3rd party, who ticket quarter chooses to partner up with!
I wouldn't recommend the refund option with secure my booking, as you have to have a doctors note, dealth certificate etc. It is very hard to get a refund.
You cant get a refund if you are just feeling unwell, unless you see a doctor and get a document. And how hard is it to see gps now (especially at Christmas time). Plus you dont have to see a doctor for just feeling unwell, such as bugs.

Beware buying tickets for just a photo opportunity
Bought tickets to a celebrity photo opportunity at Comic Con Liverpool where you has to buy tickets to the event as well. Celebrity photo opportunity cancelled and refunded but not the tickets to the event itself - what a scam!!!

I have used Ticketquarter a number of times over recent years to purchase comic con tickets and quest experiences. Most recently for Liverpool comic con 2025. Whilst ordering tickets online through the ticketquarter website is relatively straight forward, sometimes it is nice and reassuring to speak with a real person to ensure that the purchase goes through without any mistakes, and gives you the opportunity to ask those little questions that you might have. Today I rang ticketquarter and could not have asked for a more helpful and receptive response to my enquiry. Thank you ticketquarter for your ongoing service and support and especially to the telephone staff who have always in my experience been so polite and helpful.

I used this site last year to purchase our tickets for Liverpool aswell. Any issues were rectified within 24 hours, today its only been 1 hour. Thank you.
Had to chase, but all good
Ordered tickets. Confirmation said if the E-tickets don’t arrive 7 days before the event, get in touch. I forgot until two days before, but once I sent the email they got back to me with my tickets within hours, so can’t fault the customer service.
