BIG TIME fraud! Paid for 2 Arsenal tickets that never came - and you can not get hold on the company anymore

I used QOT for the first time to buy Metallica tickets. No problems at all, After using an incorrect email address which was on me ( my fault) the company answered the phone promptly and I found them 100% very professional and very helpful. I’m definitely only using QOT from now on.

This is my second review about this company. I purchased two tickets on 30th August for the Arsenal and Crystal Palace game that was for yesterday 26th October. The tickets were a birthday gift for my family. I paid £460 including booking fees and did not receive the tickets and Impossible to contact the company as the website is now blocked and emails just bounce back. The disappointment this caused was just awful. Plus no signs of getting the money back either.. Absolutely shocking

We have bought 2 tickets for aliverpool game for our autistic son for his birthday. He has never been to see a game and is so excited for the game, now we have to break the news that there are no tickets and we can't get through via email. This does not seem to be legit as money has been taken no tickets and can't get through to anyone.

I bought 9 tickets for a game between Arsenal and Nottingham Forest but I could only use 7 tickets as TicketsQueen team could not resolve my issues. I emailed for help but no one replied. Also asked for refund for 2 tickets but no reply. Hence will never recommend them again.

I thought this was okay, it took longer to get my tickets I was already in Liverpool traveling from Holland but fine the contact was good with costumer service threw email, first I got the wrong ticket but this was resolved quickly then I get to the stadium and can’t get in. Had to go to the ticket service desk but is was very busy and took like 45minutes so the game was already starting and then I got the word that my ticket was already used and someone else was inside already😪
And the only thing I could do was fill in some forms so this wil not happen to anyone else from this seller Raheem Nagorlia Liverpool upper stand U7

It took long before I got contact then it was already like 30minutes in the game and then the said why I didn’t contact them earlier I could have exploded wright there and then!! I was so pissed they say they wil refund me my money but is that enough for me? NO what about my airplane tickets 250€ what about my hotel cost 210€ and travelling there with train and back with uber because after this horrible experience I wanted to go back to my hotel asap!!!

I see that you respond to the reviews let’s see what your answer is going to be?
Because like I said in my email I wil never use this site again I’ve this is not resolved good and pay me my travelling cost also back not only 530€ from the ticket!!!!!

Had a problem that was resolved quickly & easily

i ordered 2 tickets for Chelsea - WestHam game. TicketsQueen gave me 2 tickets 2 days before MatchDay, sits nearby, in good spots. So it safe to buy tickets here. Yes, price is expensive, but it is almost not possible to buy directly tickets from Football team website, so we need to use resellers for additional price. I am happy that i chose to by tickets in TicketsQueen :) Thanks!

Bestilte 6 dyre billetter i september (kr. 7.000,- pr billett)- på long lower N1406. Billettene kom ikke før dagen da matchkampen var, fire som pdf-filer, og 2 som lenker - der man måtte laste ned appen Wallet, for å få lastet de ned. (og dette var selvfølgelig billetter som var refundert fra andre kjøpere. ) Da viste det seg at vi hadde fått seter på 3 forskjellige steder, og to av oss ble sittende i motstanderlagets "sving" - med dårlig utsikt. Vi er skuffet, og forsøkte å fortelle det til TicketsQueen, som var lite imøtekommende. Jeg kan ikke anbefale nettstedet dessverre.

Tickets arrived on time, atmosphere was great, overall a amazing experience.

I would happily use TicketsQueen again. My first ticket did not work and so I used the live chat to get it sorted. Initially they were suggesting that I had not downloaded the link and saved the ticket to my wallet. I had done this and they quickly gave me a replacement ticket with a new download link. It was a different seat but I was very happy with it as I was close to the front and had an excellent view. I was slightly hampered during the process of communicating with TicketsQueen but that was down to connectivity issues with my phone and not TicketsQueen. There customer service was excellent so a big thank you to them.

Ordered tickets for a Premium League match - after some research I choose to go with Tickets Queen. General communication and match date changes were good. Customer Service replied quick on all my questions. Tickets (via email) arrived 24 hours before the match - as promised 👍🏻

I was a bit worried, when I didn't have a ticket on matchday morning (due to Easter holiday). The ticket came as promised and it was a great evening at London Stadium.

What an amazing seats 👌
Been upgraded for much better seats then we have order.
The costumer service was very quick to reply for any of our questions!

I was in London for a week and ordered the ticket less than 24 hours before KO for FA Cup 4th round match. I was a bit worried I wouldn’t get it in time but they responded to my concern and sent another email to say I would have ticket in 2 hours time many hours before KO. Seat was fabulous and the whole transaction smooth. I would recommend this company.

Tickets Queen did a wonderful job of upgrading us to a private box at no additional charge. Our group was able to all sit together instead of being scattered in the stands.
