Bought 3 Silver Early Bird tickets for VibeFest 2.0 on 11th April at DHA Creek Club Karachi. Less than 24 hours before the event, got an email saying it's "postponed until further notice" — no new date, no refund offered, nothing. I specifically bought tickets because I was available on that date. Now my money is stuck with no guarantee the event will even happen. Their WhatsApp is just a bot, support email barely gets responses based on what others have said too. I've emailed them requesting a refund and got no acknowledgment. If you're buying tickets from Ticketwala, know that if the organizer cancels or postpones, you're on your own. They hide behind a "non-refundable" policy even when THEY fail to deliver. Save yourself the headache and think twice before purchasing here.

Great service

I used Ticket Wala recently and honestly had a great experience. Booking online was really easy and everything worked smoothly. On the event day, the physical entry was also well-managed. The staff was helpful, the process was quick, and there were no issues at all. Overall, Ticket Wala is doing a really good job both online and at the venue. I’m happy with their service.

Since the COVID-19 I was really worried that I will miss out on my social gatherings since I am pretty Party-Frenzy person. I had been purchasing tickets to concerts in Pakistan with Ticket Wala previously but I had no idea that they will also start with the online events which will help me keep interacting with new people all the time. Really appreciate and I guess the only one in Pakistan to be doing it right now. Best of luck guys!
