Really good informative repair to my Mido watch. Very happy

This is the second watch l have had serviced/repaired, great comms and the watches have been returned looking as new

I had a full service, which included polishing on my 2 Chopard watches which I intend to sell and I was shocked when I saw the results- they both look like brand new watches! Highly recommended

The staff was very helpful, keeping me
informed by telephone rather than by mail because I don't like that way of communication.
The repair of my Cartier watch is very well done, it looks like new and they sent the invoice with the whole description of work
done and recommendations.

Reasonable price for repai, good communication and speedy return .

EXCELLENT service. Very responsive in communications, clear on the work they would do and seemed reasonable priced against the other quotes I was getting. Watch came back looking brand new, perfect in fact - and this was after I was told by the brand's own company that I would need to buy a completely new bracelet (which would have been very very expensive) !! Would highly recommend!

My watch was dropped and needed quite a bit of work to be carried out. All was restored to its original condition . Quote and communication was excellent and the repair time was acceptable

No issues at all with Tictocman and would highly recommend them for any watch repairs.

Prompt efficient service, but not cheap. Watch was turned around in about a month. Typical waiting time for work in Swiss watched can be 3 months, so good there. Process of posting etc was also efficient. Not cheap however: I had a chronograph pusher replaced, part supplied by me. Total cost including postage was £170.

I had a new crystal perfectly fitted and for a great price. Easy process for courier /shipment all professionally overseen by Tic-Toc..... Couldn't ask for anything more.

Such an easy and pleasant experience dealing with Tictocman emails answered, quotes sent quickly, the estimated times for everything was so accurate and the quality of the repair was amazing.

I contacted tictoc man as a last straw as I was told i would not get a pin to fit my spinnaker watch as it was a discontinued watch.but contacted tic toc man and they told me it would not be a identical pin. but would be similar to what was on my watch, so a big big thank you tuctoc man.

Their service when it was given was brilliant, I just caught them over Christmas so I’ve had to wait a long time while until my watch was addressed. But since it was it’s been fixed and back to me in a couple of months.

Excellent at what they do - watch repairs - and very attentive and responsive to the customer.

Did exactly what they said they would. Kept me informed all the way. What more could you ask for.

Not entirelyI happy with the quote for a standard John Lewis clock repair, £90. However, for sentimental reasons, we went ahead. It did say that it could take up to 6 weeks but I would have thought it should have been quicker being as they were merely replacing a pre made clock movement which is readily available on the internet. Whilst the young lady on the counter was pleasant and efficient, there was no real customer interface. One of my main gripes was that I was not kept informed of progress. Admittedly it fell during a Christmas period but a simple email would have been nice. I rang the week before last and was told it was under test? It was only because I emailed Sunday that I was told it was ready. Not impressed at all.

Fabulous company to deal with absolutely great from my first contact with them. I have tried several reputable companies to repair this watch and been refused as it’Being a difficult job’. From contact they were straight down the line for no initial cash upfront. The way they operate is straight and easy. I have received the return of my watch, a reasonable fair cost and looking almost new again. thank you so much Tic Tok Man, I will certainly be using you again!

Utter brilliance in handling my inquiry repairing the item in question service was impeccable price was perfect and overall amazing experience highly recommended to anyone who needs their watch repaired.

This is the second time I have fixed my watch with Tic Toc man. Having taken my watch to other providers they really are the best and can always reliably fix the watch
