Ordered my Tidee air fryer in November 2021 and as many other reviews I have read. Also waiting and suspecting that I have been scammed. Very disappointing

Waiting for months exercising my patience. Still 1 star as im hoping for the best. Also because there is no option for 0. No communication, only autoresponses with empty promises. Month after month a video goes up with Matt "supposed founder" or graphic designer Lord alone knows. He makes promises on delivery estimates which he doesn't keep. Not a negative review. Only stating facts and whoever is behind the wheel at Tidee cannot romove fact or silence my experience here. So if you get a kick out of waiting for up to 6 months to recieve your goods as a consumer with 0 customer service, Tidee is the brand to deal with. The wiser will most likely do takelot and recieve the same product for R200 more and recieve it as stated. I unfortunately have been played by a good price point as have many South Africans.

I ordered and paid for an Airfryer on 21 OCTOBER 2021, and have not had delivery (as at 25 January 2022). Is this company just a scam??? The last response I had to my emails was on 3 November 2021. All further queries just absolutely ignored!!!

Payed R1000 and I haven't received my airfryer yet. It's bern longer than 2 months. According to other reviews I'm not the only one. I have never had bad service like this in my 29 years!!!

Tidee, WHY are you ignoring all the people, including me, who are asking what is going on? You took our money, but no response on emails, nor refunds. If you meant to just take our money, the least you can do is to be honest about that and tell us and we possibly will cut our losses - JUST TELL US!

I ordered an Tidee Airfryer on 2 November 2021 and paid for it in full.

It is over two months since I ordered the airfryer and to this date I have not received it.

I've been waiting for over 4 months for my order. I sent numerous emails and no response...

Ordered and Paid for Tidee Air fryer on 21 October 2021. Delivery was promised within 30 to 45 days. As at 17 January 2022 still no airfryer or an indication if it will ever arrive. No response to emails or an update as to what is happening.

A Tidee airfryer ordered and paid for in November 2021 and still no delivery. Very dissappointed as I have sent e-mails and nobody replies.

I only ordered the airfryer from Tidee as it came highly recommended. Like everyone else on this site, there is no response from Tidee when enquiring on the whereabouts of the order I placed on Black Friday, only an automatic reply. Big con ! Beware

Your service is Very Bad.
I have since paid for an Air fryer in October 2021 but have NOT received it to date.

Poor customer service. I ordered and paid for an airfryer in November now January is almost finishing hasn't received the order and no communication whatsoever. I am tired of waiting. Please refund my money if there's no order please!!!!

I'm starting to suspect it's a scam

Sorry tidee is useless. Ihave ordered my Airfryer in October 2021 still have not receive it. Ihave handed it over to my Attorneys.
Will tell everbody how bad they is. Do not order from them.
