I have lived and worked in the technology world for nearly two decades. I obtained my web domain with Domain Discover/TierraNet in 2001 and one thing remains consistent with my relationship here... the customer service is SUPERB! With TierraNet, I never have had to wait in a queue listening to empty space or bad music, nor have I ever had to navigate a complex web of "press X's" to get to a hold queue. I always [not almost always--* I ALWAYS*] get a quick warm body at TierraNet answering the phone to help me resolve issues. Your not going to find TierraNet levels of customer service that prompt at Google, Apple, Microsoft, or Samsung, it simply does not exist in those places. What does exist at those places is a long list of A.I. menus that do not offer resolutions to the problems and changes they create.

Today, I enjoyed another opportunity to fix a problem with TierraNet (a problem created by Google with SSL certificates for my email). I have been trying to resolve this Google issue for TWO WEEKS by navigating thier A.I. generated solutions... none of it worked. So what am I to do? Pick up the phone and call Google customer service? Nope, that does not exist. I called TierraNet, Darryl answered the phone... he solved my two week old Google dilemma in 10 minutes!

I feel fortunate that I began my relationship with TierraNet many years ago. I believe I am a responsibly tech savvy individual but I do not have all the answers in this minute-by-minute changing world of technology that we all so heavily rely upon... especially as I get older and the vacuum for finding the answers to fix technology expands.

Thank You TierraNet for being there with solutions and answers for more than 20 years.

Tierranet is a good domain name administrator. They provide great value for the money.

I had lost access to my account, most likely because of changes to software by a third party provider. Tierra net expedited a solution after ensuring security protocols. I believe that technically the support team was on holiday that day, but they went above and beyond.

Had to get some help uploading a Wordpress website package and database to a TierraNet domain and hosting solution. Ran into some confusion and issues, so I called in and got connected to Darryl. Listen, TierraNet has an old interface, but in my experience with Darryl the staff is clearly knowledgeable and modern. Darryl is fantastic, took a really effective troubleshooting approach and went above and beyond to help.

Particularly commend Anhuar and also Albert for their help with my domain problem - Anhuar for being patient with me in several emails and then both of them in my phone call from New Zealand with them.

Replies are fast, information given is clear and I always have a way to get back in touch about the same issue if I need to.

Complicated issue renewing SSL certificates. As usual they explained it. Btw, been using tierra.net for more than two decades, based here in Europe, and they always come through.

Alberto is awesome! I had a stressful email migration situation, and he patiently walked me through the steps to get everything safely moved. I'm not tech savvy and he explained the process to me in a way that didn't make me feel silly for not knowing. Thanks!

Alberto from TierraNet Tech services went above and beyond in helping me get my website and hosting working exactly how I needed it to. We had to set up a SSL cert and do a few other things that I just don't know how to do. He took the time to help and make sure it was set up exactly as I needed it. I have been using TierraNet for almost 20 years. They have reasonable prices, are very basic, don't try to upsell you for hosting, and are generous as to billing issues.

Their user interface is simple and to the point, precisely what you need to manage your domains. I want nothing more.

I have had TierraNet before it was even called TierraNet. I have kept my service because when i call there is not a novelette menu to sort through to get in contact with a REAL HUMAN. Their customer service has always been on point in trouble shooting and patience which for me goes a long way not being very tech savvy. Im not a big BOT fan for online help, but I like the fact that it redirects AGAIN to a REAL HUMAN! I like to think that I'm attributing to job security in the custmer service department :) Nice work y'all!

They know everything and able to help out in a minute.

I couldn't figure out how to perform a task in the Tierra.net control panel and so I sent a request to the support team. The response I received was prompt and included step-by-step instructions to do what I needed to do. The support experience was excellent. Thank you!

Fundamentally untrustworthy. I transferred a domain away from Tierra after many years because of their high cost. They immediately start charging for a DNS service I neither wanted nor asked for. No warning of this. Really shady practice. There’s no way to delete the account without going through customer services. Run for the hills from this outfit.
