DO NOT BUY SINKS FROM THIS COMPANY

Bought an Extro Stri marble basin from here for £199 for my bathroom. Within two days of it being fitted pitting and cracks appeared. The company initially offered me 30% off which I was not happy with at all. They eventually sent me a replacement, this was installed around May 2024, it has now started to do the same thing. I have totally lost faith in this company, I wish I had read the reviews on here before I purchased. They selling substandard sinks. I want a full refund.

Misleading products and appalling service

The table I ordered from Tikamoon arrived damaged — twice. To make matters worse, it’s advertised as “solid wood” but the top is actually hollow. That’s not just disappointing, it’s misleading.

From there, the service went from bad to worse. Weeks of back-and-forth with customer service got me nowhere: slow replies, contradictory excuses, and absolutely no ownership of the problem. It was like pulling teeth just to get the most basic answers.

Eventually they offered me £200 compensation, which doesn’t even cover the £300 repair cost. Calling this “compensation” feels disingenuous when the customer is left out of pocket. An insulting amount dressed up as a “gesture of goodwill.”

And even then, they dragged their feet. I had to chase constantly, was fed nonsense about the refund being “rejected by the bank” and then “processed from France,” and only saw the money after threatening Section 75 proceedings and making it clear I would go public.

The entire experience was dishonest, exhausting, and infuriating. Tikamoon sell misleading products, provide appalling service, and treat customers with contempt. Avoid them at all costs.

The entire experience was great from…

The entire experience was great from end to end. The furniture is super and well made - described accurately with multiple photographs and videos. The customer service is first rate - they answered the phone quickly and answered my questions immediately and with confidence. The delivery was prompt and incredibly efficient.

Great experience with Tikamoon

Before placing an order, I had a very useful call with customer service who helped me figure out if the chairs I wanted to order were right for me. The delivery was also very efficient.

Paid for a Otterman and within a few…

Paid for a Otterman and within a few months they began to wear. Clearly, poorly made and the customer service team didn’t seem to care that we had spent a lot of money on this item for it look terrible within months.

I am disappointed with the quality of…

I am disappointed with the quality of the Jacob Vanity Unit. We installed it in January 2025, and by April, the first crack appeared on the surface, despite careful use and good ventilation. We were offered either a replacement unit or £110 compensation; we accepted the £110, as a replacement would have been both costly and a major hassle.
By July 2025, two more cracks appeared. We requested a further refund, but this was declined on the basis that we should have repaired the first crack ourselves. Blaming the customer for their product’s lack of quality is particularly disappointing.

Update:
I appreciate that the company offered either a £110 refund or a replacement, but I strongly disagree with the suggestion that the additional cracks occurred because I didn’t repair the first one. It’s not acceptable to shift responsibility onto the customer.

I was planning to have the initial crack repaired, but haven’t managed to get anyone to do it yet. I declined the replacement because of the major cost and hassle of refitting, and I had no reason to think more cracks would appear. A quality unit should not develop multiple cracks in such a short time, especially given how much care we have taken with it.

The fact that further cracks appeared shows the issue was with the product’s quality, not my actions.

Poor Quality and Customer Service

The Eden dining table we ordered had marks on it and bubbling to the wood. The legs were also not aligned and so stick out . We ask for replacement legs but were told this was not possible.

We were unable to return the table since we’d thrown away the packaging and needed to use it that weekend.

We reached out to customer service who only offered us a £50 refund which we felt was very little considering the table was close to £800 and the cost of sanding and re-oiling it would basically cost as much as the refund.

Highly recommend

Bought the TV stand and it looks exactly like the image with exceptional quality. Everything was smooth and easy just wish the price was maybe... slightly lower. Only issue was that one of the magnets doesn't hold the door as well as the other side.

Excellent Customer Service

I bought some well made high quality chairs form Tikamoon. However, I accidentally spilled something on one of them over a year later. I contacted the company and they have been very helpful, particularly Tracey. High quality furniture and excellent customer service.

Didn’t live up to expectations

The unit unfortunately did not live up to expectations. While the pictures showed a rich, classy colour with a warm and stylish vibe, the actual piece arrived looking quite different. The surface has a whitish-greyish layer that looks cheap and plastic and takes away from the elegance shown online. I would return if I wasn’t on a time crunch… not worth the money!

Exceptional!

I stumbled upon tikamoon whilst scrolling Instagram and looking for furniture ideas for my new home.
I biught some bed some bedside tables from you, and I was so so pleased with the quality, the look, the originality, the customer service, the delivery choice, and the packing.
I was so happy I decided to buy the matching TV unit! Can not fault you guys. I've had so many compliments already. Thank you!

Disappointing wardrobe - poor finish and wonky doors - replacement item even worse!

I received my order earlier and admit I am quite disappointed. This is the third piece of furniture I have ordered from Tikamoon and had no issue with the others.

Firstly, the finish on the inside is poor. It's on the interior, so I can live with this, but not what I expect purchasing a brand new item. Furthermore, the inside back, which is where the poor finish is, is not pine wood, which I expect to have some imperfections as part of the character of wood, this is clearly the poor application and finish.

Even worse, the doors are so far apart. I can practically put my finger through! I am six foot tall and hardly have dainty hands either! Whoever affixed the doors and hinges really didn't know what they were doing - this is not quality craftsmanship by any stretch!

Really not the quality I expected and am very disappointed. I will think again before ordering from Tikamoon in future as a result.

Update - replacement item received, even worse!

The replacement wardrobe received is worse than the first, so it clearly was not a one-off in terms of the poor quality and craftsmanship. It's taken me a few days to collect myself in order to write this - the disappointment has been overwhelming. 

The space between the two front doors - about 1cm is still apparent, just like with the first wardrobe, however, on this wardrobe, the doors are not even from top to bottom, one door is higher than the other. The door hardware is also not even from the left and right door and more than that, I had to tighten the screws on the back because they were turning around so the faux rod lock could not go through the loops properly. 

The finish is also much worse on this one - it's clear there were chips, so wood filler was used, but the pain adhesion is very poor - several examples of this on interior and worse and on the exterior, where the finish is much lighter and therefore very obvious. There is dust on the item, which I'd expect from the warehouse, however, there are white marks everywhere - these do not wipe away! It seems like some sort of white stain.

The fact that a nail/pin gun was used and the holes are still remaining - clearly wood filler was used on the cheap pine used to make this item per previous point above, yet wood filler was not applied to cover these holes - looks like woodworm has had a field day!

This will be the third furniture cabinet I have purchased from Tikamoon - the first two items were brilliant, no issues and have also stood the test of time. The quality has certainly gone down if these two items are anything to go by and will certainly make me question whether there will be another purchase. Poor craftsmanship and poor quality assurance - the items does not reflect the price tag for being such poor quality. 

It makes me wonder that because I voiced my complaint about the poor quality of the first item, you've sent one that is even worse! Downgrading to one star review as a result!

I recently purchased two bedside tables and upon opening the box, I discovered that one of them was severely damaged and beyond repair. I reported this issue immediately.

To my surprise, customer support offered a £40 refund if I kept the damaged item. I found this response disappointing and unacceptable, especially given their reputation for high-quality products and service.

However, Lucie assisted me when I called and she immediately sent a new one and collected the broken item. Thank you Lucie!
