The Customer Service from the team is the best I’ve ever received. They were helpful, generous, understanding and have first class communication. They responded to my call, messages and email ( yes I sent all three), making me feel that my request was ‘not a problem and could be solved’. On top of all that, the tiles are stunning, delivery was very fast and the delivery driver was friendly and very helpful ….: I can’t speak highly of them enough!

Had a few problems with the delivery and Craig sorted it out straight away. He answered my emails very promptly and made sure my tiles were delivered. Very impressed. Would definitely use again. Thank you Craig

Our experience with Ceramica has been fantastic
Our experience with Ceramica has been excellent from start to finish. They have a lovely collection of tiles and are very easy and prompt to deal with. Their prices were competitive and they ensured we received our tiles on time. Refund on returns was easy as well. We highly recommend this store.

Fortunately there were enough left (end of line), and not only were these delivered promptly, but Tile Joint went the extra mile, letting me have 5 extra tiles for free and sorting a slight confusion over the delivery charge.
