They proactively substituted two larger tile samples for the four small ones I ordered, which was very helpful as the pattern could be seen more clearly

Tiles are a lovely colour
Tiles are a lovely colour. Delivered on time by an independent courier who was brilliant and trolled the pallet right up to my door even though he wasn’t required to.
Lost one star as the tiles are far more Rivened than either the pictures or description states which is really disappointing as I wanted a smooth tile. But this is the problem with ordering online. I recommend asking for samples before you make your decision as it’s so difficult to tell the texture from a picture. Other than this issue, the tiles are very good quality and no other problems. Recommend this company

Dear Melanie,
Thank you for shopping from us and your nice comment. The product you have ordered was a textured product and this was shown under the description/technical details of this product's page. Ordering a sample is always the best way to see product color and texture because the pictures we can show on our website is only 2D and you can only see the 3D one by ordering a sample. We also use the original project pictures without any modifications on our website for all our customers to see how the actual tiles look like when they are installed.

Superb Service
The team from the very beginning were so helpful & sent out my items straight away. The quality of the tiles exceeded our expectations and the whole family love the garden & patio. Would definitely recommend the service for it’s quality of product and excellent customer service.
They also extended a good will gesture due to some tiles being a little chipped (very minimum compared to how much we ordered and its expected) they made the process smooth & stress-free. Tremendously grateful!
Thank you so much!
