The quick replies from the Tilt agent (Camila) gave me the assurance I needed to know that my issue was going to be resolved quite quickly.

Always an excellent experience using TILT!

Purchased a t shirt, it was delivered with a stain on it, seller wouldn’t refund. Contacted support they sided with the seller even tho they knew he sold faulty / flawed goods. Then blocked from contacting the seller. Total joke of an app stay well clear especially supplied by cs seller!!!!!!!

La experiencia queda manchada por el vendedor. Tres semanas para enviar un paquete que supuestamente tenía en su almacén, luego cuando crea el envío, dice que le ha entregado en la oficina de correos y no es así.
Por otra parte la atención al comprador muy correcta y resolutiva. A mejorar el tiempo de contestación.
Espero poder usar en otra ocasión la app con vendedores competentes.

Something weird happed with my delivery and with a simple explanation it was dealt with instantly. Full refund followed with a £10 gift voucher for the inconvenience.

IMPORTANT!!
I’m currently at war with Whatnot how are a similar platform to tilt. They’ve been give all the same evidence AND the parcels have the same delivery issue.

So if your looking for a platform to choose from, TILT is defiantly the way to go

Worst customer service I ever seen.
I received a damaged product and they say can’t do anything. Prove with pictures before received and when received at home and nothing. Unbelievable. I’m going to unsubscribe. The people selling there are amazing but the Tilt app customer service the worst.

Literally no customer care for the buyers. I bought a hoodie that turned up with a hole and grease stains but despite paying a fee for customer protection they say they can’t give a refund for it. Terrible and I will not use the app again and would urge everyone else to be very careful. Looks like I’m gonna have to pursue the seller through small claims court. Done it before so not phased but it’s a shame for a small amount of money it comes to that.

BEWARE. I've made bulk buys with x6 sellers. x3 of them have supplied fake goods and x2 of them failed to deliver some items at all. Two sellers were good about it, the rest less so. Tilt themselves are slow, unresponsive and ultimately, disinterested. It appears they are seller-focussed. Certainly not the buyer.

Nothing but good things to say about the way Tilt has handled transactions since I joined. There are many benefits to a site like this it is important you are educated on what you are buying and choose the right sellers. There are so many fantastic sellers with great prices and rare items. Try not to get caught up in the moment and understand what you are buying as that is your side of the process. Tilt will run the platform and offer protection when needed.

I was lied by tilt, they said if I add my bank accounts and direct withdrawal they will raise my limit from 2000.00 to 5000.00 and they only gave me $50 more not 5000. Don’t like liars and wouldn’t recommend a company that lies

My kids made a purchase off 1 of the sellers I tried to cancel but couldn't find where to cancel i messaged tilt and they apologised I told me I needed to cancel my order within 5 min of purchase and issued me £25 off voucher

I was subjected for bullying on the live platforms by 3 certain members. After numerous complaints about them Tilt still allowed them to carry on on the streams even after one of them had been caught texting a minor of someone I know.
I got banned from a streams after spending thousands on it and making good friends with the sellers. All I got from Tilt was we can’t assist you further. They have allowed the bullying to go on too far.
The members Beardedgenius and MrChrissy along with another I care not to mention were all involved in threats and racial comments even after numerous complaints about these members Tilt still allowed them to carry on on the stream. The complaints team or member Camile from tilts supported team advised these members were being monitored aka a lie because they still carried on doing as they do.
Tilt is an embarrassment and the way they handle complaints and banning people who are innocent and are on the stream to support these sellers.
Absolute disgusting behaviour and an utter disgrace.
Avoid this sh.. show.
