Customer Service is pretty much non-existent. They don't keep their deadlines. They do not return emails, voicemails, or inquiries through their website contact form. They do not follow return/exchange notes and just send whatever they like, whenever they get around to it, withour explanation. My first order or two went pretty well. The more recent orders went downhill. My last order/exchange went horrible. It is still messed up, but I am not even going to bother trying to correct it. It's a shame, seems like a great cause that I am now probably done supporting or recommending....

Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere. Til Valhalla Project has non-existent customer service. I attempted to cancel my order multiple times through email long before it was processed or shipped, but they ignored every request and sent it anyway.

When I tried calling, I was routed to an automated message, left a voicemail, and never received a callback. To top it off, the t-shirts arrived and are poorly made. When I went through their website's official process to initiate a return, they failed to send the follow-up email with return instructions. Zero response across all channels. Highly disappointed.

I find it vile and disgusting that a business will use veterans to gain your money then not deliver on their end. This company needs to close it's doors. Refusing to communicate, when you get your bank involved they send out a canned message. Stay away from this company.

I ordered a bracelet on September 3, 2026 which I have yet to receive, 27 days later, 2 emails, 3 phone calls each with a voicemail other then the money coming out of my account and a confirmation email saying my order was receive and I need to download an app called Track to be able to track my item, Not gonna happen. I have gotten 5 bracelets from them and a few shirts no issues and didn't have to get an app to see where my item was. Not sure what has changed over there but I won't be ordering anything from them again and will unsubscribe to emails, to bad I really liked my past items and I'm out $36 so buyers beware.

I ordered 4 shirts September 4 and they took my money right away, but ever since then they don’t answer emails 4x no response at all or updates, I wouldn’t order from them again, Being a veteran this is a shame their taking advantage of people.

Zero stars from me. I have waited over a month for a shirt I ordered. They got their money right away, but I have nothing to show for it. How dare they claim to support veterans, they are a disgrace. SCAMMERS

This has been an dissatisfied experience for me with til valhalla, especially with my last one. I've made numerous orders through this company and twice they've got my orders delayed for a whole month, with No tracking information whatsoever, No customer service, their ph# is always answered by a voicemail, their emails are always delayed, and on top of that they didn't even realize that im an 9yr combat veteran that was also trying to support my fellow veterans through this so called til valhalla project. Now sad to say I longer support them...

I ordered 10. 9/11 25 years anniversary shirts on August 22 2026. I never received them my credit card was charged I've tried calling sending emails but haven't received any response. I trusted the company because I read it was employed by disabled vets and wanted to support that effort I just don't understand why no one gets back to me. Very frustrating and disappointing. I hope they can figure it out after writing this email thanks Jimmy F.

I ordered a shirt from Til Valhalla Project commemorating the anniversary of 9/11 over a month before the date. I never received the shirt. I sent multiple emails, made multiple phone calls and the only response I received was after they closed at 4:30 letting me know their hours which I received multiple times. I went to my bank today to refute the charges and lo and behold I wasn't home long before I received an email stating how sorry they were and that they were refunding me money. I will never do business with them again.

In the last couple of years , I bought several of their shirts , but most recently I bought two of the 22 shirts. The shirt's never got to me, and no one at Til Valhalla Project will return my phone calls. I will never buy from them again.

I would have given it zero stars, but then I won’t been able to leave a review. I ordered 9/11 shirts for this year‘s 25th memorial service on August 11, 2026 as of today which is September 13, 2026, I have not received my shirts. I contacted the company three times received one email saying that they were under staffed and running behind and that my shirts were being processed and I should receive them within a week that was on September 3rd as of today I have not received anything. I’ve emailed them again on September 9th and I haven’t heard from them since. I’m surprised that this so-called veterans project organization scam people like this. I contacted my Credit Card and trying to dispute the charge!

I have bought products from this website before. I think it is a good cause. However, my last order, was shipped late and delivered to the wrong location. I reached out to Til Valhall project three email (three times), I never have received a response. I reached out through social media and all I got was a generic response that had nothing to do with my issues.

Placed an order in Aug on the 12th. Emailed the company since it hadnt been shipped and was told it would ship the by Sept 4th. Still no order and it's the 13th of Sept. I did send a second email and they have not replied.

The least they could do is refund the orders they can not fill without the customer having to dispute the charge with the card company. I intend to do that next.

I believed in this company's mission but I no longer do since this is the way they treat fellow Veterns and their family's.

Ordered my 911 25th anniversary shirt on 08/06/26. They state everything would be shipped by 09/04. 9/08 I get the email it finally shipped. As of today 09/11 it’s still sitting in Florida. What a joke!! Us caution when ordering from this company

I just filled a complaint with the Florida Attorney General’s Office using the Veteran Complaint link due to the number of people, including Veterans and First Responders, that have been deceived by this company.

This company is a scam and they’re riding the coattails of us Veterans and First Responder to make money.

I ordered the 9/11 anniversary shirt on 2.Aug and it was paid out of my bank account on 3.Aug. On 19.Aug, after no shirt / no updates, I reached out to them and suddenly my shirt was being shipped. I received the shirt on 25.Aug, but it was 2XL vs. the 3XL that I ordered and paid for.

I, again, reached out requesting they just give me a refund. I did this via their online function and also sent emails to which I only received automated replies…until today, on 9/11

Kerry P. from the company was happy to point out that I received “a” shirt on 24.Aug, but NEVER took into account that it was the wrong size. Kerry P. even went as far to include a screen shot of my order. Guess what it showed…that I had in fact ordered a 3XL not a 2XL. And Kerry P. told me to contact the post office. I wish Kerry P. and TVP would actually read what people send them, vice assuming they’re correct. I made multiple requests for a refund which I’ll take by their last email today as a refusal to pay.

9/11 has come and gone. This company says it’s for Veterans and First Responder. All they have caused this Veteran is frustration and distress.

I would encourage all to file complaints with the Florida Attorney General’s Office and BBB. Stop letting this company make money off the backs of us Veterans and First Responders, while providing untimely service, poor assistance, and not even the correct items that were paid for.

This seems to be a trend for Til Valhalla Project and this 9/11 shirt. They pushed for the sale of these shirts. I took a screenshot of one of the companies comments about the shirt will not deliver to be worn on 9/11. The screenshot said shipping would take place no sooner than October 1.

I called the “customer” service number and it always want straight to voicemail. Getting a response back from an email is a joke. They send a AI type response claiming 2-4 days to produce the product and 1-6 days for delivery.

Shirt was ordered a month ago and finally shipped. Bought the shirt for a 9/11 vigil and will not be here in time. Horrible customer communication and service.

They have zero customer service. They just have automated responses that they use. I called repeatedly. I emailed repeatedly i Message them repeatedly on social media only to get automated BS responses lying about when my order was going to be shipped I placed my order in July then on September 10 on world suicide prevention day they decided to cancel my order I had messaged them repeatedly begging for an update on my order telling them that I was really struggling and looking for just a little bit of joy to help me get through these hard times and they cancel my order. What kind of sick and twisted organization does that???

If I could leave negative stars I would. I thought this would be a good company to purchase from but I was wrong. Paid for the shirt, and never heard another word from them. Contacted support several times…nothing. Never received the shirt. Had to dispute the transaction with my bank to get a refund.
