Bought garden sleepers
Bought garden sleepers, fence posts and fence panels. Karen was extremely helpful and I was happy with the price. Delivery was as promised and the delivery driver Roy was very helpful. Timbermines is a hidden gem in Wigan
Timbermines is a hidden gem in Wigan. I highly recommend anyone who needs to buy a gazebo or timber for any DIY projects from them. What you get from your money is not just the items, but professional response. They provide you all the solutions or recommendation you need. Karen has been handling our order so professionally. The quotation is clear and no hard selling. She would recommend you to get the right thing at the right price. Roy the craftsman is extremely nice as well. He tried all his best to drive through the 2.7 meter gate to get the items straight to the back of our house. He helped us to unload the timber and organised them properly in the safest location of the garage.

This is the second time I have used Timbermines and the service and quality is still up there with the best. Really helpful staff, showing me where I had gone wrong, many thanks. Ordered and paid for the timber just before lunch and it was delivered before 3:00pm that afternoon. Excellent experience at very competitive prices. I would certainly recommend them.

Roy, the delivery driver, (who could talk the hind leg off a donkey, but never stopped working) was an absolute superstar he helped us offload and carry the whole delivery inside the garage and house.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Delivery guy was great and on time. Ordered a second batch and Karen sorted us same day delivery which was amazing. Sleepers were excellent quality and the price was right. I would highly recommend this company.
