The Timber Sash Company  Reviews

Had a really great experience with The Timber Sash Company. Great communication throughout the order and instillation process. Windows are of an excellent quality and the flat was left clean and tidy following installation. Thanks so much John.

The team at The Timber Sash Company were professional, informative, friendly and helpful. The quality of their work was perfect and they were respectful of my home and clean and tidied up after themselves. I highly recommend this company for replacing the windows in your home.

Thank you so much John Rob and Connor for our amazing Accoya wood sash windows. Your professionalism and attention to detail are above and beyond, in particular ensuring the detail of the finished windows is sympathetic to the age and design of our house
It was a pleasure to have you working in our home; you are all so clean tidy polite and friendly. Thank you

Just had all the plastic windows replaced with timber sash ones. They are amazing and are exactly right for our 120 year old house. The product is fantastic and John and his guys were excellent. The attention to detail plus their cleanliness in our house was brilliant. Can’t recommend them highly enough. They weren’t cheap but we definitely got value for money.

I have worked in the trade briefly and just wanted to say that the windows quality finish and care of the instillation team were excellent. I got 9 different quotes but theirs was one of the least expensive but provided a far higher quality, specification, knowledge and skills ... also make sure you have enough teabags in for the installation because they do it properly and leave them fully finished and sealed, no rushed job, just a friendly skilled professional service from start to finish.

John offers a very professional service with an excellent product that has really enhanced both the look of our house & the energy rating. He makes sure that when he is finished the house looks perfect with all touching up complete and all the rooms cleaned & vacuumed. Just an absolutely superb service.

I was recommended John and the sash window company by a number of people and I had only heard excellent things. I had previously used a few different joiners to repair/ replace corded sashes in our house and the results were mediocre. John’s work is a completely different level. It is immaculate, and very authentic for a period property. The whole process was so easy from start to finish. He took time to explain the various options that would work in our Victorian property, and communicated throughout the process. He fitted the window himself and no attention to detail was spared. He has done a beautiful job and I won’t hesitate to use him again.

This company has completed a number of jobs for us from manufacture and fitting a number of sliding sash windows to remodelling of our front entrance. The attention to detail was amazing and the finished results are outstanding. The company took on all aspects of the job including applying for and getting planning approval.

Absolutely first class. We used this company to make new hardwood windows for a listed building. Not only were they the best price, the quality of workmanship was amazing. Thoroughly recommended

Absolutely delighted with my new Sliding Sash Windows. Timber Sash Co were great throughout the whole process, from initial consultation, explaining the benefits of their window system to final installation of the finished product.

Very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend to others.
