We had all our sash windows replaced by Timber Windows of Horndean, plus a new front door with side lights. They are superbly made and we are absolutely delighted with them. Their fitting crew were also superb, polite and cheerful and clearly enjoy their work. Customer service is second to none as evidenced when I asked for an additional piece of trim to be fitted a year after the main installation. They did this free of charge. They’re absolutely marvellous.

High quality products and excellent service. We’ve had our front and back doors replaced and are delighted with both. Timber Windows has been a joy to work with and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

Timber Windows are 100% excellent. It’s been said that windows are the eyes of a house. If that’s so then our house has 20/20 vision! Further to that, the after sales service really was what it promised to be. I can’t think of any other company that I’ve come across in 40 years of house renovation that has come to look at work a year after supply and offered to improve the finish (a finish which incidentally I thought was fine). If that’s not enough…they take pride in the quality of what they do. Book ‘em!

High quality products, but also a concerted effort to put things right when mistakes happen, for example a manufacturing fault has caused our french doors to warp. Excellent service from start to finish. The installations team were extremely thorough, clean and left the place looking immaculate. They turned up when they said they would and worked extremely hard . We are thrilled with the results and would use again.

Timber Windows are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Their products are great quality. They supply good guarantees and maintenance documents. They are very happy to come to site to help resolve any issues.

Installers Sean and Charlie were very meticulous, the installation was very good, they were very professional, great tradies, they ensured the house was free from dust, cleaned up after etc.
The 2 windows were Meranti wood, very good quality as you'd expect for the price of quality items. All in all very satisfied with the work and windows.

The 4 guys who came did an excellent job fitting the windows, even when we changed our mind and decided we didn't want the trim on the inside of the windows (They had only done part of one window!) They were professional, tidy, punctual and nice to have around.

We will definitely be back when we need the rest of our windows replaced.

Installation was professionally and courteously executed. 4 installers turned up at appointed time, they were friendly, neat and tidy. They completed job in about 7 hrs and installation looks great. Not cheap but we are happy we used them. Only time will tell if our expectations for the product is realized.

Timber Windows Southern have replaced 15 windows and a side door on my cottage. I've been very impressed with the service from everyone - the payments team, the sales team, and the fitters. I needed a couple of tweaks to the windows after fitting which were resolved promptly. And the quality of the products is great - I've had numerous neighbours admiring them!
