They put a new skeleton dial in my Daytona. Unfortunately they over tightened the screws that hold the movement in causing them to sheer and get stuck under the rotor. My jeweller had it to look at, they asked if he could fix it as it was there. No form of reimbursement for the work I had to have done though. Nice dial but disappointing after this.

Very experienced and in what they're doing. And the craftsmanship is part to none, i set my watch overseas to their location in London. England now you really have to trust someone to send it 4000 miles...lol.. I was leery at first.
But after reading their reviews I went ahead and set the $21000 watch
To have one of their custom, mother of pearl dials, put in and diamonds set in the dial guard and crown guards.. The customization only took 30 days and then the watch was back in my hands. I cannot say enough.Praise about this place will definitely do business again.

A great experience buying from Time4Diamonds.
When buying online, anyone should be cautious, especially when buying premium products (with a significant cost)! Time4Diamonds met my expectations, the buying process was straightforward & the delivery was fully tracked. They have two physical stores (London & Dubai) unlike some internet only retailers. The only improvement I could suggest is to improve their communication. I’ll definitely be both using and recommending them in the future.

I’m not sure where I should start. The level of service provided by both Mohsin and Haroon was phenomenal from the moment that I found the watch I was looking for on their website.

After contacting them over the phone, and satisfied with all the responses to the queries that I had. I ordered the watch online, and it was delivered both securely and promptly (4 days!). Great service and communication throughout the whole experience.

Highly recommended, and you’ve definitely gained a customer for life!

Came across their website and found a lovely ladies datejust I had my eye on. Spoke to one of their sales representatives on the phone who was very thorough and professional. Having made payment I was promised the watch would be drop shipped to me securely within 3-5 working days, and they did not fail! Excellent service, great communication and more than pleased with the product.

Been looking for a Submariner Hulk for a while now and I stumbled across these guys online. After exchanging a few emails I felt comfortable to proceed as they seemed like a reputable company. Made payment and the watch was delivered after 2 working days. Brilliant service, can’t recommend them enough!

Phoned on 2 occasions to request info on a new dial for my Rolex 36m day date president on both occasions the operator said she would get some one to call back .I have had no call back which is disappointing and would make me feel very nervous about buying even a dial from them never mind a £30k watch.
May be they thought it is only a dial at £1700 so could not be bothered .
So good luck if you do buy an expensive item and have a problem

It was an absolute pleasure purchasing my husbands watch from Time4diamonds.
I delt with Haroon who was very accommodating and professional.
I didn't want to make the purchase over the Internet without viewing the watch as it was a big spend, but I can now say with confidence I didn't have to worry.
I went to the London office (via appointment) to see 2 different watches as I couldn't decide which I liked more for my husband. Haroon was happy to show me both and was patient whilst I made my decision.
I happily left with the watch of my choice (payment made in person as apose to over the Internet).
My husband was extremely happy with the watch which was all ready for his Birthday.
