Good price of products , quick delivery

I've been using their products for a while now and I think they're very good quality. Plus, their customer service is great and deliveries are very fast.

I purchased what was advertised as Brazilian Green Bee Propolis on Amazon, but received a bottle labelled only as Bee Propolis in the old orange packaging, with no mention of “Brazilian Green.”
This is not a minor issue — Brazilian Green Bee Propolis and regular Bee Propolis are completely different in origin and value. Brazilian Green comes from Baccharis dracunculifolia, a plant unique to Brazil, and contains a high concentration of artepillin C, known for its strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. It is much more expensive and higher quality than ordinary propolis made from mixed plant sources.
If the company insists both are the same product, they should provide clear proof, such as a certificate of analysis, origin statement, or at least a sticker showing “Brazilian Green” on the old packaging. Without this, it looks like ordinary bee propolis is being passed off as a premium Brazilian Green product — which is deceptive and unacceptable.
When I tried to return the product through Amazon, the system did not allow me to submit a return request, leaving me without any solution. I later found that other customers also faced the same issue and could not get a proper response from the company. This clearly shows that the company is aware of the situation but chooses not to address it.
⚠️ For this reason, I strongly advise other customers not to purchase from this company. A health supplement brand should prioritise honesty, transparency, and consumer trust, not profit or misleading marketing tactics.
Given the seriousness of this matter, I will also be reporting this case to the UK Trading Standards for further investigation, as this practice may constitute misleading labelling under consumer protection law.

I wouldn’t even give 1 star but have to. My order was delivered to the wrong house even though I was home and their customer services wanted me to sign some dodgy looking form before they looked into it. Had to dispute the transaction with my bank.

Just received my order and it is not what I ordered. Wrong bottle of Propolis sent to me. Will wait to see how quickly and efficiently customer service deal with my issue.

Great products but it's rather odd that you can subscribe to some products but not others.

I have always trusted Time Health, but today my confidence has been badly shaken.

The company hides behind one simple line — “packaging may vary” — but in reality this means you may receive something that looks completely different, even with different wording on the label. For a health supplement, this is not acceptable.

I specifically chose to buy from Time Health because I did not want regular bee propolis — I wanted Brazilian Green Bee Propolis. Yet what I received was a bottle labelled only as “Bee Propolis” in the old orange packaging, with no mention of “Brazilian Green.” Consumers should know that regular bee propolis and Brazilian Green bee propolis are not the same thing.

The website lists “Brazilian Green” clearly, and uses the new packaging as a selling point, but only on the third product image do they mention that packaging may vary. This feels highly misleading. It is not simply a matter of old vs new packaging — it is about honesty, transparency, and product integrity.

I actually did try to contact your customer service, but the response I received was quite rude. Your representative insisted that the bottle labelled only as “Bee Propolis” — with no mention of “Brazilian Green” — was indeed Brazilian Green Bee Propolis, without providing any proof or explanation.
I also left negative comments and reviews on your website about this issue, but it was hidden by your clever system :) (how clever !) , and also that’s why it is all 5 stars reviews of that product on your website, which shows that you were aware of the problem but chose not to address it publicly. This is also the reason why I have to spend time writing here.:)

As a supplement company, I truly hope you will not try to save costs by selling old stock under a new name. Transparency and honesty should come before profit, especially when customers are trusting you with their health.

I have been taking Eye Complex 7 for about a month. As yet with zero effect. I'm hoping that will change. I'm taking it because when I ate Lutein rich foods, I had a massive improvement in my eyesite. Unfortunately, they contained too many oxelates, so I'm giving these supplements a go and hoping that something will happen soon.

I have ordered several times from this company. My orders always arrive very quickly. I really appreciate that Time Health supplements are clean with no additives. Some supplements have not suited me but that's a personal thing - we don't always know exactly what's going to work. I regularly order BoneRegen and hope it's helping to strenthen my bones. I feel better taking it. I use Gut Restore a lot. It has really helped. It's important to me to make sure I can absorb nutrients properly and so gut health really matters. Their Quercitin is brilliant. Although I still have sensitivities they don't seem so bad.
