Timeless Puglia Reviews 

It's definitely not worth the price. The apartment is basically one room that serves as a bedroom, living room, and kitchen. The walls are peeling and dirty, and I don't think the curtains have ever been washed. The jacuzzi leaks, so there is constantly water on the bathroom floor.
The shower gel bottle is from Dove, but it contains a very watery liquid that you can barely wash with. The lighting in the bathroom is terrible, so you can hardly see anything.
The front door and the balcony door look like they've been there since the building was constructed, maybe 100 years ago, and you can hear all the noise from the neighbors.
Overall, it's absolutely not worth €600 for 4 nights. I would strongly recommend choosing somewhere else.

Untergebracht war ich im Palazzo Vanese sus, welches neu sein dürfte und daher sehr schön ist.
Der Buchungsvorgang ist allerdings langwierig und bürokratisch, das dürfte aber so üblich und von Vermietern so gefordert sein.
Im grossen Bett schläft man sehr gut und die Fenster haben Fliegengitter (durch eines kommt man, wenn man das Fiegengitter zur Seite schiebt, geduckt auf einen kleinen Balkon).
Im Zimmer fehlte allerdings einiges wie zB ein Schrank oder eine wie ansonsten übliche Möglichkeit mitgebrachte Kleidung aufzuhängen (es waren nur 3 Kleiderhäken an einer Wand vorhanden). In der Küche auf der unteren Ebene gleich nach dem Eingang ist fürs Frühstück zum Kaffe- u. Teemzubereiten alles vorhanden, auch ein grosser Kühlschrank, zum Wärmen aber nichts.
Dass viele Stufen zu überwinden sind war in der Beschreibung nicht angegeben (19 Steinstufen zur Türe die zu einer engen Wendeltreppe führt, auf dieser 17 Stufen zum Zimmer und weitere 15 Stufen zur Terasse).
Die Umgebung der Altstadt ist typisch süditalienisch mit kleinen Gassen und Lokalen, abends sitzen vorm Palazzo in der Runde an die 10 Frauen zum Tratsch und morgens sind so ab 7h Mopeds unterwegs.
Es wurde fast immer rasch auf Nachrichten reagiert (auch am späteren Abend) und ein Tablett mit Seifenschale und Keramikbecher gebracht, da es über dem Waschbecken keine Ablagemöglichkeit gibt (es wird ums Waschbecken alles nass, man muss alles wegnehmen um abwischen zu können).
Verbesserungen wären also sinnvoll, trotzdem war es ein netter Kurzaufenthalt von 3 Tagen.

Emplacement idéal, quartier calme où tout est accessible à pieds, appartement calme avec tout ce qu'il faut, je reviendrai sans hésiter !

Everything was perfect

Smještaj u Bariju je bio odličan. Pozicija jako dobra, vrlo blizu centru, povijesnoj jezgri i stanici. Sve je dostupno pješice. Apartman vrlo udoban i komforan, izuzetno čist i uredan. Briljantno čista posteljina i ručnici. Domaćin izuzetan, ljubazan, uslužan, uvijek na raspolaganju. Napomena: tuš kabine su male, uskih vrata. Apartman je jako dobro opremljen, ima sve potrebno za ugodan boravak. Moja preporuka.

Great place with amazing spacious and cozy environment! Magical experience! Great communication and great warm host!!! Great rooftop terrace with a magical view! I highly recommend!

Our stay at Mistral was amazing! The stay is very close to the airport which helps with convenience. Also, many pizzerias, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. The area is safe and quiet. The place is very neat and clean. Our host even gave us the option to drop off our luggage early while the place gets cleaned. Communication through Timeless Puglia was seamless. They answered right away, very attentive, and organized an itinerary. Access through the website is high tech and laid out well. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this place for your stay.

The location was perfect! Everything went smootly and the Room was amazon and brand New!
We spent 3 nights/4 Days in the Room ,it was absolutely comfortable and accesible by foot!

The arpartment was so gorgeous! The modern interior and layout of the arpartment were amazing!
Also the host was really helpful and guided me through every step of the way! The location of the arpartment was also great. I could easily walk to the beach in 15-20min and there were a lot of restaurants near us!

Faultless stay and such a perfect place with all you need in a beautiful location. Literally 10 min walk into old town but quiet and private with a terrace looking over the area. Makes you really feel at home any time of day. Also the host constantly updated and gave recommendations, making our stay as simple as possible. Don't hesitate to book this place, it was incredible

Hermoso departamento, con mucho estilo, super comodo y espacioso. Muy bien ubicado a una cuadra del mar y a unas 6 cuadras de Via Sparano, prinicipal para hacer compras.

A estadia foi perfeita , o apartamento espaçoso e arejado tinha os itens necessários , bom chuveiro, boa cama . A sacada espaçosa com vista para o mar . Com certeza voltaremos .

We had a fantastic stay in Bari and would highly recommend this apartment. The location was perfect, close to the main attractions, restaurants, shops, and public transport, making it very easy to explore the city.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and exactly as described. Communication with the hosts was excellent throughout our stay. They were extremely kind, responsive, and always ready to help.

We were especially grateful for their flexibility with an early check-in and a late check-out, which made our arrival and departure much easier. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcome.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Polignano a Mare. The apartment was beautiful, spotless, very spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Tatiana was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our entire stay. We experienced a small issue with the internet, and she made sure it was resolved immediately, which we really appreciated.

Her hospitality and attention to detail made our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Polignano a Mare and would happily stay here again!

We stayed in La Dimora di Marco apartment in Ostuni right in the heart of the old town. It's a fantastic apartment with an amazing view from the bedroom. Tatiana from Timeless Puglia was great and very helpful. Would highly recommend the apartment and Timeless Puglia.

We went cycling in Puglia. The Bianca apartment in the heart of Bari is a great base for walking around Bari and cycling tours in Puglia. The apartment itself is cozy, with a large terrace perfect for enjoying wine and pasta in the sun.
The hosts are very helpful, always available, quickly, and discreetly.
Check-in and key collection were hassle-free.
The building is home to very friendly and helpful people. It's safe and clean.
This apartment and its hosts are a perfect complement to the charm of Bari and the fantastic Puglia.

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The property looked nothing like the listing photos, which appeared heavily edited, and it was not clean on arrival, with visible mould in the shower.

When we raised these concerns, the host repeatedly contacted us outside of Airbnb despite our requests to keep communication on the platform. After reporting the issues, both our messages and Airbnb’s attempts to contact the host were largely ignored.

We left the same day and found alternative accommodation. Airbnb later confirmed they had taken action against the host for cleanliness issues, misleading photos, and communicating outside the platform. Despite this, the host has still not refunded the city tax we were charged. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here.

Edit: After I posted this review, the host contacted me claiming they had refunded the city tax, but I have still not received it.

Rather than addressing what happened, they repeatedly messaged me asking me to remove my review because it could affect their business. The apology only came a month after the incident and only after I left a negative review. They showed little concern for the fact that I was left without accommodation late at night in an unfamiliar city. Their focus seemed to be on getting the review removed rather than taking responsibility for what happened.

We arrived late on the 16th June at Il Mare tra i tetti, Monopoli (Pulgia). The first thing we noticed was that the refrigerator was not working. We reported this immediately. The fridge had defrosted, was dirty and gave off an unpleasant odour. The management team asked us to check power switches at first. Then they  technician to check the appliance, he arrived late on the 17th. He found it “burnt out”.  We learned later the fridge was unrepairable and a replacement fridge would take 10 days to arrive.  We requested they supply a bar fridge as we had no cold drinking water. This was eventually supplied late afternoon on the 19th. The small tabletop bar fridge was large enough to store water bottles but not much else. The disconcerting thing we found was that a fridge issue was reported by a previous guests since May 15, weeks before our arrival. Up to late on the 19th, we had no fridge, no cold water, no means of storing produce and no way of preparing meals. As a result of our inability to store produce, we dined out every day. Timeless Pulgia offered to refund their 10% commission to us after we requested recompense;  ~ $160 AUD or 90 euro. They stipulated this was on the proviso we provide NO PUBLIC review. We rejected their offer and asked Booking.com to intervene.  Timeless Pulgia may be receiving reasonable reviews but we cannot give one.

In my opinion, they need to strengthen their choice of who they represent or deal fairly with issues that arise when problems do.
