I want to add a follow-up review to recognise the exceptional after-sales service I received from Tim Hayward Car Sales. After my purchase, the team went above and beyond to resolve an unexpected issue with the vehicle. They arranged recovery from Liverpool to Cardiff, provided a courtesy car, and carried out extensive work including a brand-new DPF, new EGR valve, vacuum line repairs, a new pressure converter, a new DPF sensor, and even had BMW perform a full diagnostic check and software update.

All of this was done professionally and at no cost to me. Their communication, honesty, and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly rare in the used-car market.

I am extremely pleased with the outcome, and the car now drives perfectly. I will certainly return to them when it’s time for my next BMW. Highly recommended.

I recently financed a 5 series bimmer (rare edition) from Tim Hayward Car Sales, and I cannot recommend them enough! Despite the busiest time of the year (New Year holidays), Tristan made the entire process swift and hassle-free with their friendly and professional approach.

What truly sets them apart is their outstanding after-sales support. The air conditioning was due to be fixed, and they went above and beyond by fitting a brand-new compressor and condenser. When I went to pick up the car, it unfortunately went limp. Despite having no legal obligation, they provided me with a courtesy car (not a cheap Ford or KIA - but a Coupe Mercedes) —a huge help since I had travelled from Liverpool.

The repair took around three weeks, during which they replaced multiple parts and covered all labor costs. As a gesture of goodwill, they even extended my warranty for an additional month. I have never encountered such genuine, honest, and gentlemanly dealers in my life, especially when buying a used car.

It’s so difficult when buying a car, knowing if a company is legit, whether you’re going to get ripped off etc. This is a 100% genuine review. We bought a Jeep from Tim Hayward car sales and I would definitely recommend them. Very helpful. Offered to drop off. Had a temperamental issue with sun roof due to lack of use, no quibble, collected the Jeep, resolved the issue and dropped it back. We dealt with Tristan throughout who is definitely an asset to the company. Buy with confidence.

Just picked up my V50 from Tristan. Couple of little issues that he is dealing with, but so far service received has been second to none. I plagued him with call after call before purchase, but still polite, helpful and pleasant every time. Super easy and friendly to deal with. Quick and helpful response to my questions. I was picked up at station to collect the car. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Car was exactly as described and as per video. All paper work spot on. A very good buying experience and car is fantastic (a 63 reg BMW). Highly recommended.
