I have used Tinkle for a month or so and I have found it to be an intuitive, cost-effective, and versatile option. The support offered by my account manager, James Williams, and the whole Tinkle help/support team has been great and I look forward to utilising the full set of feature-rich extras and functionality that the product offers moving forward.

Having recently moved over to Tinkle, I can honestly say the guys have been amazing!
They made the whole process simple, guided us through, kept us informed of the timeline & made it all as smooth a transition as possible.
I'm not saying there haven't been teething problems - there always are - but when I've had an issue, the guys have got back to me asap. Great customer service!

We switched to Tinkle a few months ago and they have been brilliant. The tinkle dashboard is very user friendly, there are alot of options you would ordinarily have to pay extra for with other service providers which are included with Tinkle. The team were great at communicating with us throughout the porting process and usually resolve any technical issues very quickly. Honestly couldn't fault Thomas, James & the team at Tinkle. I have been using Tinkle for 2 months and the experience has been great. The porting of my existing numbers (11) was without issue and on the actual day of change was seamless without a lost/dropped call. Thanks Matt and your team.

There have been one or two small kinks, but these were settled very quickly by the support team again without any impact on service or customer journey experience.

Amazing business phone system. Since switching to Tinkle from our old, out of date phones we are so much more dynamic as a business. Having the option to use mobiles or desk phone makes us so much more flexible and integrating with Microsoft Teams has been a game changer for us too! Highly recommend.

Communication in a school setting is of utmost importance and even more so when a global pandemic hits! If only we had known of Tinkle back in March when this crazy journey began......Tinkle has just been simply amazing. Teachers who are working from home have been able to stay connected to staff who are at school. It has also made sure that parents and carers have been able to quickly speak to their child's class teacher if needed. The customer service recieved from Tinkle has been fantastic, they are quick to rectify any problems and have explained how best to use the application. I am sure we will be talking about this app for years to come! Thank you for inventing it and being a great company to work with. It really is such an innovative application that could be used by so many different types of work settings.

Recently set up a new business and needed a telecom solution. Tinkle was quick and easy to setup. I was able to get access seamlessly, a new business number instantly and add new staff easily. Tinkle has allowed me and my staff to work from anywhere. The desktop and mobile app are simple and intuitive to use, ideal for a new and growing business.

Due to the Covid situation our working procedures and practices had to change.
We historically had a land based telephone system in our various offices which was satisfactory under normal working circumstances . Telecommunication is a vital part of our business and has a key role in organising our mobile site service engineers who are classed as key workers in the current situation .
We decided to move from the traditional landlines based system to that offered by tinkle telecom.
The advice and service given to us by Tinkle was excellent. Having looked at the various options available we decided to go for the IP phone system which was going to allow our office and field staff to work from any location and communicate seamlessly. The fact that there was no contract or start up charges made the decision a ‘no brainer’. We could see the fixed price system we opted for was eminently scalable and would allow us to expand the system as the situation with Covid changed !
Having proceeded with Tinkle telecom over the last 6 months we have found their system so easy to use. In addition we can now collect so much data and statistics from the history and manager function on their platform it has helped organise our work flow much more efficiently!
We use the Microsoft Teams function on the Tinkle platform extensively to allow us to have ‘ meetings’ on the move which has saved us time and money.
Talking of money, we are currently operating on a saving of 30% on our previous landline telecom budget despite having a higher usage .
Whilst it is hard to find any positives in the current pandemic situation our company is extremely happy that we were introduced to Tinkle telecom and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

As a start up scaling fast the Silent MP needed a quick set up and to make sure there was a professional voicemail greeting every caller internationally. It was all set up and running within 30 seconds, and the desktop and mobile app make the day to day running of it all so much easier.

Tinkle has replaced our old Mitel system. It's allowed us to migrate everything we had to the cloud, whilst adding loads of new features. It's very easy to use and costs much less to run than our previous system. During this period of uncertainty tinkle has enabled us to work from the factory or at home without any disruption. Having only ever bought traditional on premise phone systems, when our business phone system stopped working I wasn't sure about what type of system to purchase. I came across Tinkle on-line and from to start to finish we have have had an excellent customer experience. They explained clearly what their cloud platform provides, aligned its benefits perfectly to our desired outcomes, demonstrated the technology which was really easy to understand, provided references and gave us a really simple and easy to consume pricing model which was extremely competitive! Even better they managed the full transition from start to finish including the setting up of our Tinkle Connect line (their internet service product). From start to finish they got us set up within a day by diverting our existing number a free number they provided us as part of the service. The number port was handled quickly and all in all including the installation of the internet connection we were fully completed within 3 weeks! The system is really easy to use, the service team are excellent and pricing cut my current expenditure in half!

Needed to get my business number setup quickly although I had the option to do this myself the team helped me do this and managed to get it setup how I wanted the same day. Great service thanks Tinkle!

We have a sales team of three, although they do other jobs within the business too. Each of them had Tinkle installed on their mobile phone and on their laptops. The on boarding was incredibly simple and the process has been so easy. I can jump into the app whenever I like and see who is taking calls and the wider performance of the team. Even during coronavirus, the quality has improved.

great app, lovely design and easy to use. our agents in europe use an international number so the locals can ring us for cheap. We have people wfh home now and Tinkle means they work better and I can keep on top of qc

I run various marketing campaigns in a number of overseas territories. Each campaign is given a unique number through Tinkle (we sell products online) so I can see which digital campaigns are giving us the best ROI. It's given me another valuable piece of insight, based on actual customer response, which allows me to invest my budget in the places offering biggest return. It's actually saving us much more money than we're paying for TInkle, which is great because the app itself is beautifully built and a huge bonus.

The app works perfectly once installed and is so simple to use. I feel like our business has taken a leap forward now (after I persuaded by business partner to sign up!) the missed calls feature and the call stats are so helpful in keeping hold of potential customers. LOVE it.
