Just got an account with TinyEmail.

Right before this, I opened a mailchimp account but quickly realized that it will get expensive fast.

TinyEmail is new company and they had a deal on at Appsumo so I jumped at the chance since it is an LTD.

I had a quick question and sent them an email and Mashiar, their support rep, replied with an answer in less than 7 minutes.

Very happy so far with the platform. Can’t wait to see what else TinyEmail continues to do.

I'm a store Owner, and this tool is definitely great if you are too.

I'm very picky when it comes to UI, sometimes I stop using software just because I don't like the UI and User Experience overall (of course, I weigh this decision with other factors as well). I do that because I will be working with the tool every day, and I want to feel good and comfortable when I look and navigate through the dashboard and features.

TinyEmail is away above the majority of its competitors when it comes to UI. They made an excellent job with a very clear user interface, nice colors, and easy to navigate and understand.

I've already used other email software, like MailChimp and Klaviyo and so far I'm very pleased with tinyEmail, because it delivers a great experience, with many templates and automation to choose from, and all of that for a fair price.

Their customer support is also great and very fast to get back to you. Many thanks to Mashiar for being so helpful and kind when I needed help! You guys are great!

We have a vocational school and we do a lot of bulk emails (welcome, notifications, reminders, etc.). This is a perfect tool (easy to use, inexpensive, and impressive) that can be connected to the existing CRM and do the magic.
I needed some assistance and Mr. Mashiar helped me promptly.

We're a very small company, migrating from a Mailchimp free account we started nearly 10 years ago, especially now that the Mailchimp qualifiers for free accounts are becoming more and more strict. We looked at several options that seemed to have the features we use most, and landed on tinyEmail. So far I've noticed a couple of little "bells and whistles" that I miss from Mailchimp, but certainly no "deal breakers". Overall I'm really happy with our choice to try tinyEmail - 2 campaigns in to our experience. I do have to say that the support and customer care from tinyEmail stands out as VERY RESPONSIVE and thorough. I look forward to learning more and more about using this tool.

I have been looking for a simple email marketing solution and it seems like my quest has come to an end… I tried other tools and the range goes from very expensive to very complicated, with no “friendly middle”. Not too long ago I started talking to the people at tinyEmail and while I agree that it is a work in progress, its built on a very solid core… customer service and experience! From the minute I signed up for a free trial I got a phone call, someone willing and ready to help in making the transition into tinyEmail, ever since I have had nothing but positive experiences with their team, which has even spent a whole hour on an onboarding/training call. The campaign builder and templates are super easy to use and look great. I easily added my branding, images, and other design features.

It's a trifecta of positive experiences across product simplicity, breadth of functionality (existing and planned) as well as great, friendly, helpful customer support.
Setting solid funnels / flows up is fairly easy, on top of a nice clean and simple UI.
The automation capabilities are good and the roadmap looks to put them on par with the competition.
It's very easy to connect / integrate with common 3rd party systems and tools so as indicated above it really is a surprisingly good setup this early on in its lifecycle.

The support and customer care from tinyemail really stands out from anything we've experienced before. We had a technical difficulty integrating one of our websites and instantly had the issue passed to the CTO which was resolved the next day.

Mashiar and Vitalie were also there to support us through our first campaign, always available on live chat and very understanding about a higher than usual bounce rate while we woke up our email list.

I really can't recommend them enough

Not only is the UI clean and simple, the dynamic side of the emails itself are pretty amazing. The inbuilt forms make it simple for subscribes to join new lists then visit another landing page.
