I received my order with a part missing & the box appearing to have been opened before being packed. I cant use the machine without it & I am still waiting for the team to ‘investigate’ rather than them just sending me the part that is clearly missing

So fast and easy to deal with, an email sent for confirmation then a follow up to let me know where they were at w dispatching my order, which I loved cos then I didn’t have to keep going into diff sites to check updates just to get no update! Which is what every mother needs! The Tommee Tippee breast pump is just amazing!! I can carry the unit itself in my handbag and it’s so easy to travel w and use on the road!

Product is great! Good price and came well protected. Had some problems with shipping - Parcel got lost in transit for a few days but communication with the Tiny Fox team, and the shipping company was great

Very poor service. Ordered a pregnancy pillow over 3 weeks ago and was advised it still hasn't been shipped from their warehouse. This website is a nz website and very misleading as products do not even come from nz. Would NOT have made a purchase that takes over a month to arrive. Frustrating and annoying to say the least.

The item I ordered was nicely packaged and delivered quickly. And the price was reasonable and affordable. Thank you.

Goof product. Animal book my toddler loves as you can touch the pictures and hear the animal noises. Also it gives you info on each animal and talks French too

Terrible service. Do not trust that you will actually get your items. I purchased a number of items on sale. Sometime later I get 2 emails saying some of the items can't be provided and they refunded me for them. However the items are still available for sale on their website. I raised this with them, and magically one of the items is now available so they charge me for it again. I find it unacceptable that they will continue to allow other people online to purchase items while telling me they're unavailable even though I've paid for them - or that they continue to allow people to purchase them online for at least a week after I purchased them, when they don't actually have the stock available to fulfill any of those orders.
Avoid the disappointment and order elsewhere.

I ordered 2 items and they were sent separately but communication was amazing and delivery was fast for both items. Very pleased with service and quality of items, I will definitely be shopping here again.

Purchased toy as last minute Christmas gift, it arrived very quickly and the quality of the toy was excellent, very good value for money. More than happy with my purchase and would definitely order again.

Very good, fast delivery and very efficient service. In love with my sons electric rocker, he's not really use to it yet because he is still too young but once he does he's going to love it.

Do not buy from this company. I placed an order for some shoes 28 days ago.. and they haven’t arrived despite being told several different time frames. They’ve reimbursed the shipping fee which is nice, but I just want the shoes. A month is an unreasonable amount of time to wait without warning that the item will take 4+ weeks to arrive. I will change this review IF the shoes arrive, but to be honest, I’m not totally sure this isn’t a scam.

The worst experience ever dealing with an online store. VERY POOR customer service. Don’t recommend ordering from this store!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. Customer service is beyond terrible. Have ordered from them twice and both experiences have been terrible. Never again will I order from them. Buyer be warned.

Phoned first to make sure the baby bouncer I wanted for baby shower was available, this was confirmed, I ordered it, many days later question why it hadn’t come, confirmed it was despatched. Nearly 3 weeks later received an email to say they didn’t have one! Appalling service as I called first.

This has been 1 of the worst experiences dealing with an online business. I purchased a baby monitor which was in stock as per their website and delivery was 7 working days. When I didn't receive my order in 7 days I followed up. They said sorry it will be another 3 working days when it didn't turn up then I followed up again they told me that their supplier is waiting for stock and there are delays because of covid and it will be a further 3 days until they get the unit. Not once did they volunteer this information I had to follow up each time. Eventually I was told the monitor would only arrive in about a month. After a week or so I was told that the monitor is discontinued and they want to refund me. I was devastated and gave them my banking details as I had a new card and was told the refund would be done in a 3-4 working days, I then received a refund of $3.90 ( The shipping) when I emailed to ask where the rest of my money was I didn't get a reply, 3 days later still no one had replied to me. There is no contact number on their website, I got hold of someone via Webchat and she apologized and said my refund has now been processed correctly and it will take 1-2 days. I now receive an email saying my original payment method isnt working can I send my banking details( I sent this almost 2 weeks ago) now it is going to take another week before I get my money back. My baby is due and I don't have the money to buy a new monitor because of this. This has been really stressful.

I was gifted an Ubbi from Tiny Fox, which unfortunately arrived damaged (as sometimes happens with shipping). The customer service I experienced from Tiny Fox, in particular Katie, was phenomenal! The responses were quick, friendly and helpful, and they proactively reached out to keep me updated as they waited to hear from their supplier. There are few websites which offer such great communication and I was really impressed. Delivery from Australia was fast and the replacement arrived 4-5 business days after it shipped. Would recommend!

I purchased a baby walker from tinyfox.co.nz received it and put together only to find out the walk will not move an inch on the carpet. When I emailed them about returning it as advised it would not walk on carpet I was told that it could only be returned if box was unopened. I explained there was no way I'd know it wasn't going to work on carpet until I put it together and the description did not say anything about it only working on hard flooring. Really disappointing and won't purchase anything through them again.

I purchased my product from Tiny Fox as it was the cheapest I had found. Delivery was prompt and wveryrhinf works as it should! Would order from here again over and over

Received the item within a couple of days of purchase and was very happy with the packaging and condition of the book. Would definitely buy from you again
