3 years with TiqAssist and counting
I've been a Denver Nuggets season ticket member for 5+ seasons, and I've sold with TiqAssist since 2023. Selling with TiqAssist has made my experience as a season ticket holder SO MUCH EASIER.
Because I know what games I'm going to as soon as the schedule is announced, I list the rest with TiqAssist on the first day of the season, and they take care of the rest. They automatically adjust prices, list my tickets across all major marketplaces, and everything syncs instantly. I don't worry about pricing my tickets correctly or fulfilling orders. It all just happens.
It's amazing and worth the higher fee just to know that your tickets will sell for market value without you having to keep up with the market. I highly recommend TiqAssist to all of my fellow season ticket members. They do an incredible job every season, and their customer service is A+.

Price guarantee not honored. Sale guarantee by dropping over 50%
Listed 21+ in advance but did not get price guarantee. Was told it's because the tickets were not part of my season tickets but a.) they are and b.) never does it say in their faqs that price guarantee is only for season tickets. Decided to still trust tiqassist with the sale since they had a sales guarantee and the price listed up until 12am the day of the game was still acceptable ($450 list price each for chargers v Texans). Check 6am the day of the event only to see that they dropped the list price to $200 and it sold....
If I had known they would drop the list price by over 50% to get the sale I would have had it delisted....
Not happy that for this specific game the difference in sale per ticket was $450 72 hours before event ( price guarantee not honored) vs $200 what it sold for when they did a drastic price drop to honor the sale guarantee

Do not recommend
Sometimes when I activate tickets it takes too long (over 24 hours) for them to show up on major ticket sites. It seems especially bad on weekends. It seems they may not be automated but have to rely on a staff member doing something. Also what they show you for your listing price doesn't refresh well. I have a listing showing a list price of $473 even after I got an email saying the tickets sold at $368 and netted $288 after fees. Fees are too high - they skim off 12% in addition to the typical 10% charged by the main site (e.g. Ticketmaster, StubHub). You're much better off selling tickets yourself on the main platform associated with the team. On a good note I did get paid for the tickets I sold.

Regarding pricing display, we understand how seeing a listed price after a sale can be confusing. Our dashboard reflects the most recent marketplace pricing data available at the time of refresh, while final sale price and net payout are confirmed once the transaction clears. We’re actively improving pricing refresh visibility to make this clearer for sellers.
On fees, TiqAssist operates as a fully managed resale service. In addition to marketplace fees, our commission covers multi-market distribution, dynamic pricing management, fulfillment, and payout handling. While some sellers may prefer to self-manage listings on a single platform, others choose TiqAssist for the broader exposure and time savings across an entire season.

Commission fees are ridiculous.
So I have Dallas Cowboys season tickets that I pay $515 each (season ticket holder price).
Tiqassist sold my Giants/Cowboys game for $504 each. They charged me a commission of $59.98 and a 3rd party fee of $49.90, for a total payout of $788.24. That comes out to a negative loss of $242.
I might as well use the 3rd party site (Seatgeek) and for-go the $120 commission charge from Tiqassist.

Our goal at Tiqassist is to maximize a customer’s return by increasing exposure across 10+ major resale marketplaces, rather than relying on a single platform. That said, we don’t control the resale market itself. For certain lower-demand games, especially as an event approaches, market prices can fall below face value across all platforms.
In this case, data showed that prices for this matchup were trending downward, which is common for games outside of the highest-demand matchups. Ticket prices often drop significantly within 30 days of the event as supply increases and buyers wait for last-minute deals.
While some games may not exceed face value, higher-demand matchups typically perform much better and can offset lower-return games over the course of a season. We hope to have the opportunity to work with you on future games where demand is stronger and results are more favorable.

Thank you for your feedback! Our interests are very aligned - the higher we sell your tickets for, the more our business makes. Some games will experience challenges selling given lower resale value teams, team performance, key injuries, day of the game, etc. We work diligently to remove outliers from your pricing, so often times higher list prices you see on other platforms may be well overpriced and unlikely to sell. We do appreciate your feedback and hope to return the results you are looking for!
Could be a little bit better
I've been with TiqAssist for close to 3 years now. The total fee's are close to 25% which are way too high to me. I don't recall them being so much in the beginning. Listing tickets early (for example in March for football) does not always show to be the best in prices. I would also like to see some weekly or monthly metrics on the fluctuation of ticket prices or markets. Using the web version is super easy. Payment is very simple. The lack of an android app is a bit of a let down (can't speak for iOS).
