Absolutely hassle-free, dependable service. Have used them twice so far. Reasonably quick delivery (from Germany). Good prices. Two things to be aware of, though. One, the cheaper tyres do wear a bit quicker. Two, the fitters' prices may not be accurate (they can deliver direct to the fitter). All in all, a very satisfied customer.

Excellent service from Tirendo. Were able to supply me with Bridgestone Blizzak LM005 tyres (in a size rare to the UK) at a reasonable price. Good communication from this company from the point of order to the delivery of the tyres themselves.
Would definitely use them again.

A marked contrast to Oponeo who tried to rip me off by claiming tyres were not in stock (after letting me place an order) and then saying I could have the tyres after all but for a higher price!!

100% satisfaction on time delivery and faultless tyres. Even though next year I will order two tyres for front next year. Nankang all season tyres are good brand. Without noise run smoothly.

If you see Tirendo or Delticom AVOID both unless you have endless time or funds. From a comparison site, I bought 2 no 205/50/R17 tyres & 2 no 225/45/R17 for my wife's BMW. I paid one amount via PayPal, supplier issued 2 invoices. I then bought 3 no 225/45/R17 tyres for another car on one invoice via PayPal. All were run-flats from same manufacturer to go to one fitting shop taken from the Tirendo site which was unclearly in Germany. My first advice-not from Tirendo Tyres but Delticom Tyres-indicated that the most required tyres for the BMW were at the fitting shop but as I could not evoke a response from THEM I went along to get these fitted. There were only 6 of the 7 tyres for me there and none matched my requirements. I returned home and cancelled with a detailed explanation to Tirendo / Delticom / PayPal. I did get full reimbursement but not after many weeks of clear repeated storytelling. I have just reordered through Buycarparts and discovered they too are Germany based. Excellent tyres, almost half the price compared to buying from a reputed garage, did not mind spending for fitting the tyres separately as it still worked out a lot cheaper. Not driven much since i bought the tyres, but happy for now.

Exactly what I wanted at the best price and delivery was so quick, excellent.

Brilliant price for a Kuhmo tyre. Delivery was much quicker than that stated online.
I would definitely purchase from Tirendo again.

This company claims to be UK based which is why we decided to purchase a tyre. Our tyre came direct from Germany which was disappointing. When our tyre arrived I took it to be fitted and the tyre fitter spotted a manufacturing fault in the side wall and advised not to use. I contacted Tirendo who stated that the tyre had to be returned to the manufacturer in Germany and it would take 6 months to make a decision!! I had to get tough and point out that my contract was with Tirendo and they were responsible. Eventually, Tirendo conceded and arranged for a replacement tyre from Germany!! There are some important issues here. 1). If the damage was on the inside of the tyre, it wouldn’t have been spotted! 2). During this dispute I was unable to drive my vehicle as there is no full size spare! 3). Tirendo were reluctant to refund the amount incurred from fitting, balancing and new valve to the 2nd Tyre. 4). Tirendo were on the whole, arrogant and unwilling to accept responsibility regarding this matter and for these reasons we will NOT entertain Tirendo in the future!!!

Poor service from agent on the phone concerning a delay in package even though I warned them that the statis of my order had not changed after 2 days of ordering.

Agent on the phone was just unhelpful and not professional.

Will not order from them again
