Exceptional guidance and support...
I approached Vicky at a point in my life where I was feeling my absolute worst.
I was in poor physical and mental health, in desperate need of expert knowledge and guidance to get me back to full fitness and enjoying life again.
After only a few weeks, my hormone and nutrient deficiencies were near optimal, my training felt phenomenal, and I was already in a much happier mental state.
Vicky has been integral to every positive aspect in my life thus far, and we have only scratched the surface of what my physical goals and aspirations are.
She is caring, concerned and constructively critical always, which motivates me to keep on track and keep my eyes on the bigger picture when I have down moments.

Honestly since working with Vicky not only has she gotten me in the best shape of my LIFE, she has also completely changed my mindset , she cares for each and every one of her clients, and she knows her stuff!

Where many coaches do the bare minimum to maintain their client base, Vicky is always on hand to offer support and offers a truly personal approach to her coaching. I’ve worked with her on gut health aspects as well as general fitness goals and I’ve honestly never felt better :)
