I instructed Michelle Killilea in a personal injury case where an Uber passenger got out of the car without looking and it was a cut and dry case, the other side admitting liability and the experts made numerous errors omitting vital evidence and adding things that didn't happen and I had to pick these all up, and I struggled to get the lawyer to call me as it was easier and quicker to explain on the phone but that said she would interrupt when I tried to explain anything...so I had the laborious task of emailing constantly on my mobile with the screen so tiny it was difficult and from start to finish the service was appalling, with her trying to get me to settle out of court at a much lower amount than I was prepared to, and she kept reminding me if unsuccessful all the time, instilling a nervousness in me not confidence which I thought was unprofessional as I provided absolutely every bit of evidence substantiating the claim.., and not taking her advice was more fruitful ultimately when it went to court...I acted for myself in the witness box arguing with the other side for two hours, as they tried to throw it out. The Barrister merely summarised at the end, didn't argue on my behalf as is usual.

I wouldn't use them again and frankly I would've been better to act for myself rather than use this firm
