Charity in Knoxville is the only reason TKO Suites gets a 1. Charity works really hard to support the tenants. But you can only do so much when Debbie at corprate keeps getting in her way. You will fight the fight of a lifetime to get some of your deposit back. They invent reasons to hold funds back. We had to get our attorney involved to get a partial deposit back MONTHS after we moved out. They will nickel and dime you for everything. As long as Charity is there, she will support you as much as she can. Debbie, well, tenant beware. You've been warned.

The common areas are equipped with coffee and a water server, as well as a microwave and a refrigerator, making daily work and life very comfortable and providing an environment where it is easy to stay focused.

The doorman building is well kept, ideally located in New York’s Financial district. The 12th floor offices are operated and professionally managed by TKO Suites, they have helpful receptionists, a meeting room and a reliable mail service.
As a long term, satisfied tenant, I give a five star review to TKO Suites.

I've been here for over 6 months now and it's been great. Clean, well-maintained space with friendly staff. The 24/7 access is super convenient, and the internet and amenities are solid. Happy with my choice - would definitely recommend.

The 300 Delaware Avenue space is just beautiful. Super spacious and always tidy and organized. Really where they lucked up is with the office manager Angee. She is so attentive, friendly and really cute too.

I love my TKO Properties office. The finance manager, Debbie Dowdy and the office manager Angiee Stone are just wonderful and they have made this process as easy and comfortable as possible. If you’re looking for an office in shared space, TKO Properties is definitely the way to go.

We have been with TKO since mid 2022. Angee took over our account this July and has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Has made all the changes to our account we required, and has been very consistent ever since. Highly recommend.
