TK Property Group Reviews

Sam and his colleagues were brilliant, anticipating questions I had and keeping everything moving. Really impressed.

I had the great pleasure to work with Kiera Thomas from TK Property Group on the search, identification, and eventually completing the purchase of a 3-bedroom flat in Manchester Media City UK after having viewed several other options and alternatives through her. Kiera was extremely helpful and absolutely fabulous in her always pleasant personality, responsiveness, customer care, advice, and diligence. She went out of her way not only to show and advise on different options that match our criteria over a relatively very short period of time, but also to provide extremely valuable and actionable advice and recommendations on solicitors as well as other agents and service providers for arranging mortgage, furniture, snagging, etc. She provided personal help and support when we were out the country all the way to the final completion and handover of the unit. She always reached out in a proactive way to ensure that things are on track and to inquire if we needed any help or support on literally anything.

There are no words that would express our thanks, gratitude, and appreciation to Kiera. I would very strongly and with full confidence recommend her as the the-go-to agent for purchasing a property in Manchester.

Thank you so much Kiera for everything, and I would be extremely pleased and honored to work with you again in the future and look forward to that.

Sam and Kerry have been very helpful and knowledgeable. The entire process of purchasing the property was very smooth and they kept me updated at every step.

Great services by the TK Property team, especially Sam Rylance. Buying a house/flat is never straight forward, but Sam was here through every step of the way. He is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful as well as supportive. He made sure everything went smoothly and that we were supported throughout.
He is available at the click of a button to sort things out for me.
As someone living in China these reassurances gave us great support. Will definitely be buying my next property through Sam

I bought a flat through TK property and was supported all the way through by both Jay and Kerry. Very grateful for their advice, guidance and generosity of time. Thank you!

Fantastic service from Lauren and Kerry.

Laura made sure we had all the information needed prior to the purchase, she was really patient with us and made us feel very comfortable. Will be definitely be buying more in the future.

The TKPG team were quite helpful and were with me every step of the way. Both Sam and Kerry were always on hand to answer all my questions and kept me at ease though this whole process. I felt they were reliable and trust worthy which are amazing qualities and ones that you would like to see when you’re purchasing your first property which can be a nerve wracking (yet thrilling) experience. Thank you to Sam and Kerry for always being there on WhatsApp, phone calls and for their support through this process!

Kerry and Jay from TK Property Group were very responsive and patient with all our queries. They helped us in chasing the developers and guided us through to the contract exchange. I will definitely recommend them and want to work with them in future.

I would like to thank Sam Rylance for helping me choose and purchase a flat in Manchester. Sam is not only a great real estate agent but also a great person. He spent a lot of time showing us potential properties as well as the beautiful city of Manchester. He himself explained to us the rules regarding real estate and rentals in the UK market because we are foreigners. Thank you once again for the help and time you devoted to us.

Just a short note to extend my appreciation and admiration of the attention and time Kerry Pender at TK Property Group took in respect to my timely requirement for a studio/1 bedroom flat in Manchester. I was doing so as a would-be owner occupier but I can also see how Kerry would be an excellent partner for the majority who approach, particularly new build projects.
I’d highly recommend Kerry from TK Property Group. Very professional service and outstanding communication skills - it was a pleasure working with her!

Ricky from TK Property Group has been so instrumental in helping me to purchase and set up my property in the UK for short term let, while I have been living in Spain. It has allowed me to be completely hands off, knowing that the process is being pushed forward and taken care of. Not only did he provide lots of rental income stats and investment information that helped me to have confidence in my purchase, he also went above and beyond to be available to manage the whole furniture installation/decoration process and get me set up with the appropriate management company. I am so grateful to Ricky and TK Property Group for streamlining this whole process for me, and I cannot recommend them enough.

Sam from TK Group helped me find a property and navigate the more complicated UK process compared to Canada. Sam was very knowledgeable about the market and really listened for the things I was looking for in a property. I was looking for over a month. I wish I had met Sam when I first started looking. The TK Group also helps with the purchase process. I can't recommend Sam and the TK Group enough.

Would like to thank Andrew Chung for his advice and perseverance in finding a property which meets all my requirements. I now consider him a friend and will definitely keep in touch with him. I would also like to thank Kerry for all her help and support.

My experience with TK Property Group during the purchase of a flat in Manchester was outstanding from start to finish. Working with Jay and Kerry was a pleasure, and I’d like to extend a special thanks to Kerry for her unwavering dedication. She was exceptionally proactive, making daily efforts to keep our transaction on track and ensuring all parties remained responsive. Their service not only met but exceeded our expectations—thank you for going the extra mile!

Bought my first apartment with Jay. He is very helpful and supportive. The buying process was short and very smooth

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sam from the TKP Group, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I reached out to inquire about their services to trying to make a decision, Sam demonstrated the epitome of professionalism. The industry really needs to be more like this and I'm happy to have found honest and trustworthy agents.

Sam not only showed me around various properties but also took the time to understand my specific needs and preferences. His in-depth knowledge of the market was evident as he provided valuable insights and guidance throughout the entire process. This is my go-to choice for all real estate needs. Thank you, Sam.
