We cannot acces to the note that as been taken, wehave been trying everything with no succes.

I do not recommend to use this ia.

This service is horrible and spams the heck out of your contacts. Very unprofessional and annoying. I have contacted support to try to stop with no success. Avoid this company and service at all costs.

Since a domain migration in mid-February 2026, we have been completely locked out of our paid account. Despite proactive communication starting February 12th, the support team has failed to provide any resolution or update for over three weeks. To make matters worse, billing continues—including a charge on March 13th—even though a formal cancellation was submitted on March 5th. Our legal request for a GDPR-compliant data export of critical business recordings has also been ignored. We cannot recommend this service due to the total lack of support and ongoing unauthorized charges.

Terrible experience setting up the account - Something went wrong.

They claim to have a free subscription, but wont let you use the software unless you "claim your free 7-days trial" to their business plan. I don't want it... Waste of time.

Invasive permissions and Buggy software

Really bad experience all round, The note quality is poor, the free version is terrible and mis-represented to get you it sign up . Google is far superior It activates on calls that are not mine - couldn't deactivate easily. Really hard to remove. Once again today it told me my notes were ready and when I went to them there was a message saying "our team is working hard to resolve technical problems"...seems like this happens every time I try to get my notes.

I like the service but I continually have problems logging in. They try to force you to login with a company email but I don't have a google login for that and the microsoft email doesn't work. So then I can't login.
