Good product and even better customer service. Highly recommend

I bought this product hoping it would live up to the internet hype. It did! Really great product, affordable and has held up well so far. I ordered some accessories to round out my Tmat. Customer service reached out to me to make sure they were sending the right product for me BEFORE they sent it!!! Absolutely amazing!!! 10/10 for customer service. Thanks Rheb Desiatco!!! Had an issue of missing 2 pieces. I emailed Tmat and within minutes Rheb Desiatco had a solution and shipped out the missing pieces. I appreciate how prompt they were in resolving the issue. I'm loving my new Tmat!

I received my T-Mat and installed it in minutes. After I installed I noticed something wasn't right and after contacting Customer Support we discovered I was missing some parts. Without hesitation they ordered the missing parts free of charge. Mind you this all happened in a Saturday! By far some of the best customer service I've experienced! The product is solid and is exactly what I was looking for! Couldn't recommend a better product and a better company to work with!

5 stars is not enough! This TMat is a great product, made in the USA. Why does that matter? Because at the conclusion of my instalation I needed an additional row of small tiles to make it perfect. I reached out to TMat via their customer support email. Thanks to Rheb Desiatco's rapid and thorough response, the additional tiles were shipped out next day, no questions asked. Can't get that service from China or anywhere else these days. Great product and outstanding customer service! 10 out of 5!

It’s a simple concept but has completely satisfied my truck organization desires. I ride around with pack outs and a multitude of other things and have previously tried Ratchet straps to hold them in place only for them to come loose and fly around. The TMAT system is genius and allows for that personalization of organizing that I strongly desire for my truck.

I tried using the adjustblockers to secure two gas can separately. Set the gas can on the mat, set the right side blocker, setup the left side and started adjusting to make it tight and the right blocker kept popping out of the hole that supposed to keep it in place. Tried three different times. Never got it to work. I feel it is not worth the price. Very disappointed.

Fantastic customer service! My order initially had a couple missing adjustable blockers. I reached out and within 5 minutes they had them shipped. Assembly was very straight forward, and everything worked as advertised. Highly recommended!

T Mat makes it easy to install your mat in your vehicle with layout instructions video’s & diagrams to make installation a breeze.

This is truly a great family-owned company. They produce a fantastic, well made product that does exactly what it says on the box. The Tmat is extremely easy to put together with great instructions (though for most I'm thinking not needed, it really is that easy). It was very well packaged I had it installed in my truck within 10 minutes and it changed the way I remove things from the bed. The only thing I wish is I that I purchased it earlier!
