First class service. Millie outstanding
A first class service from professionals. A special thanks to Millie who liaised with Tiger Sheds (a useless company) sorting out their errors. Steve and colleague dud brilliantly to erect our shed in 35c heat. Please also see my comments about Tiger which won’t be so complimentary

Thank you very much for your fantastic review and for taking the time to share your experience.
We’re really pleased to hear that you felt the service from TMC was first class and that Millie was able to assist in liaising with Tiger and helping to resolve the issues you experienced. We understand how frustrating it can be when things don’t go as expected, so we’re glad we were able to help put things right.
A special mention to Steve and his colleague too — installing a shed in 35°C heat is certainly no easy task! We’re delighted that they worked so hard to get your shed erected for you.
Thank you again for choosing TMC Garden Buildings and for your kind comments about our team. We hope you enjoy your new shed for many years to come.
be cautious
I have been dealing with Millie and Jayne during the process of purchasing my log cabin. I cannot fault Jayne she was brilliant and my frustration is not directed towards the girls as this is not necessarily their fault but I have encountered serious issues with my purchase.
I purchased a log cabin from TMC on 5th July and I was promised a three week turn around and install week commencing 20th July. The cabin was delivered but they could not install until the week later.
The team then discovered warped logs from Tiger who have been absolutely awful from start to finish. They could not complete my cabin and I then am left to battle Tiger on my own who are a joke of a company to get these warped logs replaced. Eventually they are being replaced 6 weeks later and TMC are now not available to install my cabin until 7 weeks later.
I do not feel like ive been prioritised at all nor have I received guidance and help in this situation when I directly paid TMC for the cabin. So I ought to have not been in contact with Tiger at all.
Furthermore, their install team left a section of wood with nails sticking out of it on the floor in my garden alongside a large stack of logs. If we did not notice this, this could have been very dangerous.
The cabin is not installed yet so I have no idea how it will actually turn out and to be honest this whole thing is a massive regret.
Whilst my warped logs are not TMCs fault they are using Tiger for their cabins who are absolutely shocking.

8×6 Tiger shiplap…
We recently bought an 8×6 Tiger shiplap pent shed after visiting the showroom at Stonham Barns, and the whole experience was excellent.
Kevin Hubbard was brilliant from start to finish. He took plenty of time to understand what we needed, explained the differences between the various types of sheds and timber without any sales pressure, and helped us choose the right shed for our garden. Everything was explained clearly, including the ordering process, delivery times and the discounts that were available.
The showroom itself is well worth visiting. Being able to walk around and compare the different sheds in person made the decision much easier, and Stonham Barns is a lovely place to spend a bit of time.
When I later phoned through to place the order, Kevin let me know that an additional discount had become available, reducing the price even further. Even before that, their price was the most competitive we'd found, comfortably beating everywhere else we'd looked.
We were originally expecting delivery around the middle of August, but when we placed the order we were pleasantly surprised to find an earlier delivery slot was available. That means we can get the garden organised much sooner and enjoy it over the summer.
Kevin was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely honest throughout. It's refreshing to deal with someone who wants to help you make the right choice rather than just make a sale. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kevin at Stonham Barns.
