Took a few weeks which was inconvenience but the product is fantastic

Safe delivery in difficult times.
I have had dealings with TobyDeals over the last three years. Placed an order 10 days ago and it arrived safe and sound. The final tracing details were a little nerve racking (said unexpected delay online). that day it arrived. Other companies in that location are not so good !!!! . I will be ordering again soon.

Ordered something without realising it would be shipping from Hong Kong. Wanted to cancel because it would take too long to arrive. After a week and several emails sent with no response I received a refund.

I think they are legitimate if you're willing for wait a while, not receive any customer service and suffer the uncertainty and risk that products might be suspect for your 15% saving. I would rather have spent the extra £30 and not had the hassle..

Great products at a very good price. This the second item I have bought from Toby Deals and would use them again in the future.

I ordered a Samsung M31 from TobyDeals. It was the cheapest price on the internet. They were up front in telling me that their warehouses were in China. After three days I got a tracking number and each day I checked it there was a fresh entry. The phone was delivered after nine days. I call that a good service

Great service from TobyDeals.
They continually offer good discounts. Delivery isn't the fastest, but items arrived when they promised.

The goods referenced below arrived today (Dec 15th) and in good order. I logged the issue with Paypal on Saturday 12th Dec expecting to have to source it from another supplier and wanted my money back so it was a good surprise today. I consequently have upgraded my review to 3 stars from the original 1 star. Failing to keep customers updated other than through alarming messages makes poor business sense and is ruining the company reputation. The price excellent but I would not endure the anxiety again. For my earlier 1-star posting read on........ Ordered a camera on 25th which was in stock and despatched on 3rd Dec. The following are the 10 tracking updates provided (1 per day ending today): The parcel has been picked by the courier and has left the courier's warehouse; In transit; Shipment is en-route to courier depot; Shipment will arrive at courier depot for sorting shortly; Your parcel has arrived at a sort facility; Shipment is on its way to the local depot; Your parcel will arrive shortly at the courier depot; Shipment further connected;Processing delay, your parcel will be out for delivery shortly; Due to unforseen circumstances there is a delay in your shipment. We will update here once we have news.
I have emailed them but just as others have disclosed, no response despite promise of 3 to 4 hours turn around. This service is terrible and I am now pursuing refund. DO NOT USE THIS TERRIBLE BUSINESS.

I have ordered a Samsung A71 on 3rd of December. After 9 days the account still showing "Processing"
I have sent several messages and email to them but they did not reply to me!
I am going to contact PayPal and return the payment back!
I have contacted PayPal and they have sent a message to this company but still no response from them!
I do not know that I will receive the order or not!

We ordered iPads magic keyboards and pens on Black Friday . Immediately realised I had made a mistake and after eight days had no update or delivery. Case opened with PayPal who were fantastic and case was closed the next day and thankfully money returned to us two days later. Avoid this company

If you are going to use companies like this and Wish, do not use Paypal. If you have a credit or debit card use that. That way you aren't creating a more complex purchase than you need. If it doesn't turn up then just raise it with your bank. They will try to get out of refunding by claiming all sorts but your bank isn't daft. I use the Halifax and have nothing but praise for the way they deal with these type of people.

Very disappointing: ordered an iPad; order confirmed; then got an email with some story about payment processing problems on their side; promised a discount code for the inconvenience; this never came; no response to email queries; now they are out of stock. Call themselves "UK", but clearly not. Either a scam or simply incapable of dealing with anything not entirely straight forward. Either way, avoid!

Quick process to checkout. Slow delivery

Toby deals is dodgy site and I afraid to say they just take money and doesn't deliver anything. As they have taken money for item 5 days ago and has not replied to any of my queries and not even changing the status of delivery from processing.
Be careful of this site.
Order after 7 days still shows Processing and no reply from multiple tickets raised.

Ordered an iPad Pro 12.9" on the 27th of November. It's been 2 weeks and it still says "processing", and the iPad is now no where to be seen on the website.

I've also ordered a Poco X3 phone on the 7th December. I've ordered a phone from here before which has arrived in great condition so I think it is a hit or miss, buy at your own discretion.

Edit 1: 11/12/2020 poco X3 still on "picked" but iPad has changed from "processing" to "packing"
Edit 2: 13/12/2020 poco X3 is on "completed" and I now have a tracking number. iPad has changed from "packing" to "picked.
Edit 3: 15/12/2020 iPad has changed from "picked" to "complete" and I've got a tracking number.
Edit 4: 25/12/2020 Poco X3 came on 22/12/2020 so 15 days exactly, the iPad status tracking info says that there's unforseen delays in shipping. 4th week running now.

Final update: iPad order got cancelled after 5 weeks waiting despite the iPad still being in stock on their website, waste of time waiting.

Gave 1 star as there was not an option for zero! Placed an order with this company, which never arrived. Currently chasing my money back through paypal.

3 weeks still not received goods, not responding to my emails and the site now appears to be offline.

After ordering a Samsung galaxy tab 7 tablet over two weeks ago I am still waiting for it to arrive. I have opened a ticket with Toby deals to find out why my order is taking so long but they haven’t even bothered to reply. Being as this will be a Christmas present I’m beginning to wonder if I’ll see it at all, and with commutation with this company being zero I’d avoid using this online site and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it. They might have cheap deals but it’s a question if you’ll see the goods anytime soon.

I ordered the product 12 days ago so would be here in plenty of time for Christmas. I still haven't received it. I emailed the company on several occasions and no response.
