Disgusting service !!! I’m still waiting for an iPad it’s been nearly a month now and they do not reply to any of your emails I’ve sent 8 with no reply I’m trying to get the money back through my bank but I would avoid these att all costs it’s a scam !!

I ordered a memory card on the 5th September 2020. It never arrived and Hermes confirmed it as lost. Tobydeals asked for confirmation of this which I sent in October. It is now the 3rd January and I still haven't received either a replacement card or refund. They say "at this moment we are still waiting for an update from our relevant department". My last email in December has been ignored.
Avoid this bunch of scammers because you won't get anywhere with them if there is a problem. I am £62 out of pocket now and not holding out much hope of getting it back.

I've completed 8 orders of photography gear over the years and although there have been a couple of delays, Tobydeals have been good to buy from. They are responsive and helpful when things don't go exactly as planned.

I've been using the company for years and they do not disappoint! ordered my third MacBook now!

They should admit they are not UK-based so delivery will take ages. Not worth the savings for the stress and worry.
Still not delivered 4 days later!

Very worrying!!! and frustrating purchase.
I bought a switch on 03/12/20, the tracking said it arrived in the UK 17/12/20 and then there was no movement. Extremely worrying when it is from Santa. On 20/12/20 I emailed them and had no reply. Then emailed them again on 23/12/20 and still had no reply. I had to buy another one but unfortunately was late due to not getting a reply from Tobydeals and hoping it would eventually arrive before Christmas. Thank goodness I paid with Paypal but it seems I still need to wait a long to get my money back and seeing it was nearly £300 I'm getting very frustrated and upset that I cannot just cancel it easily. Tobydeals is not a good company at all. Great deals if all goes well but certainly not trustworthy, they just don't care and have no morals. It is now 01/01/21 and there is still not movement or contact via email or paypal.

I ordered an Apple Watch series 6 on the 4/12/20 and it’s New Year’s Day, the tracking number is useless, it hasn’t been updated in more than 2 weeks.
If I had known that the shipping was from Hong Kong, I wouldn’t have chosen to buy through here!

TobyDeals (uk) get a lot of stick but this is mainly due to their lack of effective customer communication. On price their items can't be beat so perhaps it is worth the anxiety of long delivery times. We are so used to getting things next day that we forget what life used to be like in the days before Amazon. TobyDeals saves you money by using the cheapest delivery methods on the planet, some of these are unfortunately often suboptimal but despite Covid and Christmas I did finally receive my order on the 29th December. The order was placed on 7th December, then it was processed by GERAS Ltd (who?) on the 12th December, then it went quiet until it arrived at TrakPak Process Centre on the 22nd which was 10 days of anxiety for me with no idea where my item was and no meaningful communication from TobyDeals,
then to Royal Mail PRINCESS ROYAL DC on the 24th and finally to delivery to me on the 29th. So a total order to delivery time of 22 Days with Christmas and Boxing day holidays in the middle of that. So I give Toby Deals 4 stars for Price but they loose 1 star for long delivery time and no communication. Bottom line is your order is probably ok and not lost, you just have to be patient and keep thinking of how much money you have saved using them.

This seller is fine. I have ordered three phones from this site over last few years. I think some reviewers are impatient, there are few days when nothing happens. It takes a while to ship and nobody tells you when exactly it will arrive. But it does, and it works.

This is not a UK company, no matter what they call themselves, they do not follow any rules or regulations. I ordered a tablet it arrived some time later but at least in time for Christmas. Upon my daughter opening it, it was discovered the tablet has a long scratch running across the screen. Toby Deals UK will not replace or refund. The following is what they told me: Physical damage or cosmetic issues, regardless of how they came to be, will not be covered. Since you are unable to take a photograph, (I explained due to the reflective screen I was unable to take a photo clear enough to see the extend of the scratch) this is clearly a cosmetic issue, hence, not covered by us.
Since when is a scratched screen a cosmetic issue?

at the time of writing i have ordered ,over 11/2 years.
5 separate items .all have been delivered fine. no problems. without doubt the cheapest .even after doing multiple price searches, and comparisons. I invariably end up ordering at tobydeals

Excellent service! Ordered the lens Sigma 16mm f1.4 for my Sony camera on 12th December. Tracking number provided 3 days later. Lens has been delivered on 28th December. I have saved over £100 on this purchase. Definitely will use them again.

Ordered a phone two weeks ago, status hasn't changed from 'processing'. Sent several emails with no reply. DONT ORDER FROM THEM.

Update: I just recieved a email saying that my order is now being 'packed' and preparing to leave the warehouse. Very relieved but this was 11 days after I ordered so this company is very hit or miss. I ordered on 12th December and received this email 23rd December. I will update to say if it arrives or not.

It is now the 25th December and I just received an email saying my order has been 'picked' and has left the warehouse. Still no tracking number though because apparently it needs to arrive to a courier first. Hopefully tracking number is emailed next.

It is now 29th December and earlier on today I got a 'dispatched' email along with the tracking number I was waiting for. It's on Hermes tracking, not sure if this is a reliable company but I will update if and when phone arrives - fingers crossed.

The phone finally arrived on January 4th and I'm very happy with it!

Ordered two iPads on the 7th December, was told in stock, only for someone to send me an email to say they had now run out of stock on the 17th Dec and that I would get a refund, it’s been nearly 3 weeks and I still haven’t received my refund, they are scammers, please stay away from these at all costs.

Bought Samsung m31 mobile phone, had to send few emails to get tracking no.

However was delivered by Hermes, the time given was Okay considering holiday period

Kids Christmas ruined
Ordered a Nintendo switch on the 2nd December and still no sign of it I have messaged several times and no one can be bothered to come back to me seems this is a common problem with his company I just want a refund back so I can get the kids the Christmas present

I ordered a camera and lens through Tobydealsuk. My first red flag was the confirmation email written in badly spelled, broken English. I received a dispatch email on 15th December, with a corresponding email from Royal Mail stating that the sender had let them know the items were on their way to Royal Mail. So it was with some surprise that I opened an email yesterday morning telling me I was receiving a refund with no explanation. I contacted Tobydealsuk, who actually responded, telling me that an internal issue had caused my order to be cancelled and to ignore any previous emails from them. But from reading some of the reviews, if my refund comes through, I may have dodged a bullet.

AVOID! I ordered a pro ipad on 22nd nov for a xmas gift, chased and chased, no commuications at all and today, 27th I got a refund, no apologies, = nothing! NO XMAS GIFT, NO REASON WHY. The worst customer service, no comms. avoid the stress, AVOID at all costs!
