You do indeed get the amount of followers you pay for but what they "forget" to mention is all these followers are bots not real followers as they advertise. They also make sure the order is processed straight away so if you try cancel they cant do anything about it.
There customer service team are responsive which is the only positive thing I have to say on this. Honestly wouldn't bother doing it

Abzocke! Ich habe einmalig für Follower bezahlt und wurde danach ohne mein Wissen in ein Abo gesteckt. Kurz darauf wurden weitere Beträge von meinem Konto abgebucht, ohne dass ich dem zugestimmt habe.
Der Kundenservice ist praktisch nicht erreichbar oder reagiert extrem spät. Eine Kündigung ist kompliziert und eine Rückerstattung wird einfach abgelehnt.
Das Ganze wirkt bewusst so aufgebaut, dass man in eine Kostenfalle tappt. Transparenz fehlt komplett.
Spart euch Geld, Zeit und Nerven.

Pure scam bought for a few followers, then they gave me an abonment i never choose. When i asked them to cancel and refund it since you cant even cancel it on their site they said they wont refund it but they can add 3k followers which i accepted. Ends up that they just took all the followers back for which i payed. Pls get your hands off this scam.

CARGOS NO AUTORIZADOS - Espero respuesta inmediata para solucionar este error
Escribo este mensaje para dar a la empresa la oportunidad de solucionar un problema grave antes de proceder por la vía legal.
Tras realizar una compra puntual de 3,90€, he detectado en mi cuenta bancaria 7 cargos adicionales de 39,90€ cada uno que yo nunca contraté ni autoricé. En total me han cobrado 279,30€ de forma indebida mediante una suscripción oculta.
Mi banco ya está informado y me indica que el siguiente paso es presentar una denuncia ante la Policía Nacional para tramitar la devolución forzosa de los cargos.
Sin embargo, antes de interponer la denuncia, solicito que se pongan en contacto conmigo urgentemente para remediar esta situación y proceder al reembolso de las mensualidades cobradas por error.
Si en un plazo de 3 días laborables no he recibido una respuesta con una solución clara, procederé con la denuncia formal y la reclamación bancaria por fraude.
Espero sus noticias para resolver esto de forma amistosa.

SCAMMING PLATFORM
They are scammers. I bought for followers which I had paid for. Only for them to fraudulently debit my account for £35 when I didn't subscribe or request for anything. I wish I had read their reviews! THEY DIDN'T INCLUDE 24HRS TRIAL PERIOD. THEY CHARGED FOR IT AND THEN TRY TO CHARGE ANOTHER £35 SAYING I SIGNED UP FOR SUBSCRIPTION.
