No refunds. Think about that. They got me this year for $200. That won’t happen again. All a tax preparer needs are the csv files that you download for free from every exchange, which you will need for tokentax anyways. They do NOT have many exchanges set up for direct import. You are going to do all the work anyway, and TT takes weekends off, and seems to be running a VERY lean company. They are nice, but that only goes so far.

The team is super helpful and friendly. Crypto transactions are getting increasingly more complicated year after year, and yet, whenever I reach out the team is able to help me in a short period of time and they are extremely nice when they do it.

I was able to prepare my tax return in about 30 minutes even though I was trading NFTs on a decentralized exchange. Everything went smoothly because the tech support reps were very helpful.

crypto taxes can be pretty intimidating and stressful. Token tax's customer service is awesome and make the experience much easier. Shout out to Daniel Creahan at token tax customer service for taking his time and effort to help left curve people like myself. He deserves a raise.

Total ripoff, after spending $200, they want another $200. So I've spent money with no useful product given. No refunds allowed. Than I find that Crypto.com is doing the same for FREE!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing customer service at Token Tax. I have tried a couple of crypto tax software companies and have given up, because whenever there was a problem there was little to no support. In addition, they didn't support all exchanges and wallets. Token tax supports all exchanges (decentralized, centralized, small & large) and all wallets. It is very comprehensive. Also, I am not tech saavy, so was intimidated by the process, but the support team patiently helped me every step of the way. I couldn't have done it without them. To anyone wondering what crypto tax software to go with, trust me, it's Token Tax.

I've had good response from support. I was mistaken about details of the pro plan that I paid for and Alex and Robin are helping me sort through my margin trades. TokenTax helps make up for the shortcomings in other software or exchanges.

Unlike most of its competitors, TokenTax does not offer any preview or trial period. In conjunction with the "no refunds" policy, this makes the service pretty high-risk. You have to pay up before seeing if the service really works for you, and I did not find it easy to use (I signed up on the strength of their reputation). The interface is extremely rudimentary, with very few graphic aids or hints that other tax/portfolio tracker services offer. Combined with some import glitches, this made reconciling my transactions very confusing and labor intensive. It might work well for some folks, but for me it was frustrating and I gave up and used a different service. I don't feel like I got the value from TokenTax for what I paid.

Token Tax is hands down the most phenomenal tax service I have veer used, crypto or otherwise. The staff in all departments are beyond helpful, and really take the time to explain how the process works, as well as help you identify any potential errors and issues. I will be using them every year going forward, as they have more than earned my appreciation and respect.

So much different than the normal pass along customer service that I get from pretty much everywhere. Thanks again Dan!

After trying a few other crypto tax reporting options and running into issues with each handling some relatively complex NFT and DeFi transactions, I was looking for another option. I was a bit hesitant with TokenTax because of the the lack of a trial period and no refund policy. However, I’m very glad that I gave it a try. The platform was relatively easy to use, but the biggest value was with the customer service. Samantha was extremely helpful. Over the course of 2-3 days, she worked with me to resolve all of the issues with my tax calculation via chat. With some of the competition, I had to submit emails and then wait days for a response that didn’t help. That was not the case here; she was able to answer all of my questions and resolve all of the issues that arose. After searching for several months for a crypto tax tool, I’ve found the perfect solution for my needs and would recommend TokenTax for other with similar requirements.

TokenTax is top tier. Switched from bitcoin.tax to TokenTax and it was super seamless. TokenTax features is amazing for any crypto tracking including mining, staking, DeFi, and everything. If they don't have a feature to support that transaction, they are either currently working on it, or will manually import your csv file FOR YOU!! Amazing.

Their service is top notch. Eugene helped me out every step of the way and knew the answers to all my questions. The whole process was amazing and the value is well worth the amount spent for the subscription.

**One thing** that TokenTax needs to do, however, is allow users to see their own closing positions-- contacting support to do this should not be the answer! It would be the perfect service with this one little feature. You guys are still the best, but you would be untouchable, PLEASE implement this! :)

With the help of Elle, I was able, with minimal confusion, get the info from various crypto brokers and prepare a document (8949) for my accountant.

Elle was patient and unfazed by my questions. She explained, and if needed, explained a second time (via email). Token Tax and Elle, the recipe for a thorough tax preparation.

I agree 100% with these reviews. YES, TokenTax does an incredible job of retrieving your trading history from multiple crypto exchanges. HOWEVER, their true glory is the support staff. It is truly phenomenal! I was having trouble synchronizing my TokenTax account with one exchange. I clicked on the tiny chat icon and got an immediate response from Sean F. Sean, and later Sam B., were able to manually upload the .CSV file I had from the exchange archives and successfully link it into my account. Once loaded, TokenTax only took seconds to generate the required IRS Forms 8949 that I needed. I told our local CPA all the things TokenTax could do. He was over the moon to hear it. TokenTax was the tool he had been praying for to help his crypto clients clean up their records before coming to him. Again, THANK YOU Sean and Sam.

Elle saved my world few times, recently with problems to retrieve a PDF tax form and data syncing from Binance, she's amazing and answers in full details, not only attaches the links and that is very helpful because I've read every single article on TokenTax so when I reach out to the customer service it means I need help a little bit more than sending a link to the article, like others do. Navigating crypto taxing is really really complicated and Tokentax does a good job of demystifying it. While the software is still a work in progress and always getting better (better than all the competition tbh) the support is absolutely stellar. Every single question I have has been answered by an incredible support rep through chat and they are always down to assist and work through the complexities.
