Incredible people working, very transparent and helpful, very professional, great work would recommend over and over take care of me

Worst ever crypto tax company I have experienced. Their customer care sucks. They don’t listen to your needs and use misinformation to sell their products. Beware that they will only provide 1 tax form instead of the whole bundle of 3 that is required to file your crypto tax in the US. If you want more forms they will push you to buy their tax services. Don’t waste your money with them. I wish I can give them a negative points here.

If you have any intention to help someone then you should just refund the money for not providing satisfactory services instead of that your staff is justifying that the customer is wrong and you are correct. I am sorry but this is not how you satisfy your customer. Your competitors are providing all 3 forms and have better service too. So good luck. You can fool us once but we will realize and stop using your services and product as better one is available. Poor quality product don’t buy it.

The team at token tax, is so patient to work through many issues(some of them are mine and some of them are with the exchanges that I was dealing with), that made me feel good about my tax return status(on my P/L and what I would owe back in taxes).
Such a wonderful job helping customers. They should be in fact charging more money for all the help they do.

These guys are on the ball! Once I got all my crypto transactions and tax documents put together and loaded up, they had everything ready for me to review and sign in no time. The support staff was fantastic to work with and very helpful. The process and their program had a few stumbles requiring some time to sort out, but in the end I got a fantastically accurate tax report and will for sure be using them again next year.

I was definitely stressed out by the prospect of reconciling my crypto trades. I needed to amend 2 tax years and file 2 full years to get it all sorted out.

I cannot give TokenTax enough praise for all the work they have done to sort out my taxes. They had to untangle years of unreported crypto and mistakes I made along the way. They were patient, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. They worked with me to make sure my taxes were right and I had all my questions answered. I will never go anywhere else for my taxes again.

Token Tax did all the work and made it easy. A bit expensive, but beats doing all the work myself and it saved me more than I thought it would. I will definitely be using them next year.

Excellent software. I tried many others and TokenTax continuously updates to ensure it recognizes most platforms out there, especially DeFi. When I had questions or issues, their online chat representatives were quick to reply (especially Elle) and help resolve every situation I had. 5/5 from my experience!
