Very well package came with free tokki pop sticker a postcard which they have writ a message on and a business card witch are all very cute I love the aesthetic of tokki pop so cute most of all my album came perfect condition I had so much fun opening it thank you so much

First time ordering from TokkiPop, but the site was so incredibly easy to navigate and they have a great selection of official kpop goods! Everything arrived very quickly and was packaged nicely :). They even included a handwritten thank you note and some freebies. Will definitely keep this shop in mind and order again in the future!

All products were thoughtfully protected and bubble wrapped, everything was in perfect condition. On top of my order, they provided three additional pobs as a gift. Great energy from the owners online, so I knew I was in good hands. I would highly recommend!!

I ordered a Fox.de baby plushie from here and it was predicted that it would arrive in March since it was a preorder. It ended up arriving in February, and I also got a free Gunil photocard, and stickers!!!! I was so thrilled with this purchase. The people who organise the packages are so generous and lovely, and I will definitely be ordering from them again, sometime soon! :)

My favourite Kpop shop!!! they are the sweetest people and I have never once had a problem when ordering from them. Orders always come very fast and the packaging and inclusions you get when ordering are always super adorable. The pricing is always amazing and they have really really good POB's when it comes to pre-ordering from your favourite groups. They also have an amazing selection of merch and albums on their shop. I will only be ordering from Tokkipop from now on!!!🫶🏻🤍

There customer service and communication was fantastic putting me at ease when I was worried we wouldn't get the package in time for a concert.
They done was they said they would do and we have now got our items.
The items arrived well packaged so no damage to the products.
There prices are reasonable too.
I will purchase from them again.

Super quick shipping, arrived much sooner than i thought it would!! Have an amazing selection on their store, and were accommodating when i was worried it might get sent to an old address as i was in the process of moving. Everything came very securely packed and there was tracking all the way. Even managed to get my two biases for the dominate celebrate qr photocards!!🫶🏻
