Absolutely do not buy their products. Bottle quality is really poor😒. Had a minor hole in the bottom of the bottle and all of thr fragrance evaporated. Company does not care and does not blame them self for the poor quality of glass bottle. Many reviews online where many people are complaining of the same thing. No no no !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a waste of money. Wish I could of sent pictures but not able to do online

one of my favorite is Tom Ford noir
combines woody notes, spice and a hint of sweetness i highle recommend perfumes to anyone for something unique

This range felt suffocating in summer humidity, caused congestion around my jawline and the moisturiser actually pilled under SPF which is unacceptable at this price. Ho acquistato una montatura per occhiali da vista, per me sono da evitare assolutamente. Qualità dei materiali bassa, ma prezzo premium. Per me non valgono nulla, solo una plasticaccia di scarsa qualità che si deforma solo a guardarli. Non li consiglio!

Quite possibly the worst customer service ever.

I bought a £189 bottle of aftershave in December 2025. It arrived and I returned it to them on 15th December 2025, receiving an email confirming this had been returned a couple of days later. It then took them until the 15th January 2026 to email me to inform me a refund had been processed. And now here we are on 31st January 2026 and I am yet to see my money.

Their customer service channels are all AI based and useless. No answer to the question and no ability to speak to a person. You phone up and can't get through to anyone.

A useless company and wont be using them again. Thankfully used my credit card so will be doing a charge back as they have failed under the consumer protection act to provide a refund for an online order.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Don't bother with Tom Ford, customer service is atrocious, ordered a perfume and it never arrived, I was informed a new one would be sent out with a complimentary gift, never received still NO notification.

Terrible-
Ordered an item on 1st Jan, and waited and waited and nothing.
I then contacted them 3 times to be told it was out of stock and they would cancel the order.
Funny the item is in stock but at full price now on their website.
False advertising if I can’t actually buy a sale price item!
Shocking customer service- what a disappointing online shopping experience from a premium brand.

Rowshon at Heathrow T3 provided great customer service at the Tom Ford counter. She had an extensive knowledge of the different products and could clearly articulate helpful suggestions based on my preferences. Her warm demeanour certainly helped me enjoy a pleasant and memorable experience, even though the airport was a really busy and transient place. She deserves a raise!

My hubby bought me (Tom ford/lost cherries)gave it me early (is a xmas present )quite expensive ...(I was so excited to receive this beautiful well presented/wonderful smelling perfume)...unfortunatley does not last /smell for long on the skin ...aprox 2 hours ....so dissapointed !...(have far cheaper perfumes /but still high end perfumes)that you can smell for far longer (even next day )

waited over 30 minutes on the phone to speak to somebody, communication is awful, quick to take your money but the customer service is WOEFUL - will never be making a purchase with them again

I was allergic to their Noir Extreme perfume and they provided a brilliant customer service. I called their customer help number. Not sure why all these negative reviews. They are a great company 🙌. I wish I could wear their perfumes but they are itchy to my skin.

Recently bought 100ml Beau dejour, as I love the fragrance. However found that the smell only lasts about 10 seconds. I tried one of the samples in shop and it lasted for ages. Feel a bit conned.

Ordered product on Monday and it's not shipping until Thursday. In the age of Amazon, three days to ship a very simple order seems ridiculous. Especially when their website states orders will be shipped within 1-2 days.

Fantastiskta parfymer

Took £100 from me 8th august 2025 for boxer shorts and i’m still waiting a month later ridiculous criminal laundering activities and investment scams for sure they chinese gangsters garment circle is widening weekly.

Tom Ford Oud Wood body spray. This is one of my go to body spray’s. The scent is powerful but woodsy and it last. The scent is not alcohol scented and this is a huge plus for me. Purchasing a product that has a lasting fragrance is a win. I’ definitely recommend TF Oud Wood.

I had the absolute pleasure of being looked after by Yuexiao at Tom Ford in Frasers, Glasgow. From start to finish, her service was exceptional. She has an incredible knowledge of the products and instantly understood what would suit me best. The fragrance she recommended was a perfect match, and she also guided me to the ideal lip colour with such skill and attention to detail.

What really stood out was how genuine and effortless the experience felt – there was absolutely no hard sell, just honest, thoughtful advice. Yuexiao made the whole visit a delight, and I left feeling confident and truly looked after. She is a real credit to Tom Ford and Frasers, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return to see her again.
