The Parent-Care team, specifically Sam and Izzy were fast to help resolve the problem. I lost one of the 2-piece values to the Active Sporty Spout cups and they were able to assist without issue. It took a little to figure out the chat feature (do I stay on the open tab until they answer or do I close out and wait… I wasn’t sure) but the emails back made the process a lot less difficult. Overall, I had a good experience with the Tommee Tippee/Parent-Care team!

I lost my child's sippy cup valve, likely in a parking lot, and was sad about it. I tried looking for a replacement to buy but couldn't find any, so I tried asking if they had any for me to purchase. They were nice enough to send me a completely new bottle instead. I'm still bummed that I lost that valve, but my child will at least have a new bottle to love.

One of the valves for our cup was ruined and since they did not have replacements for the specific cup they sent us a replacement cup. Lanre was very professional and helpful.

We’ve been using the tommee tippee soothers for the last 2.5 years now and recently due to a change in the way they are manufactured we’ve had some issues with them. Since contacting customer support they’ve fixed the problem and assisted us with new soothers!

I was having issues with my multi warm bottle warmer and was advised through the chat feature to return it to Amazon after the troubleshooting didn’t work. Debbie from Parent Care contacted me to make sure I had the issue resolved. I truly appreciated her following up as warm milk is crucial for caring for my babies. From customer service following up when I did the thing with the bottle warm.

I am beyond satisfied and grateful for the care and support I’ve received from Tommee Tippee representatives! I had an issue with my wearable pump and when I called I spoke with someone from the parent-care center (Izzy) and not only did she follow up with me through email after the call, but she made sure I got another pump hassle free! She was caring, attentive, patient and very friendly! I’ve never experienced a representative so helpful! As a mom of a nb who’s barely a month old, it was imperative that I get a new pump asap, and that’s exactly what happened! Izzy went above and beyond to get what I needed! I cannot express how thankful and grateful I am to have had such a supportive and caring representative! Thank you Tommee Tippee! I will recommend this product to every new mother I come across!!!

Go prep cooler not working, couldnt find purchase email but their agent, Jude, was very helpful and arranged a replacement straight away. If only all customer service agents were like this.

I had two customer service reps, Antony and Jo! I reached out inquiring about getting new lids for my sons Tommee Tippee Insulated No-Spill Sporty Toddler Sippys. My son has level 3 autism and will only use these sippys, we have tried tons of other ones that end up going to my nephew’s since he won’t use them. My son will chew the spouts till they are down to the hard plastic. I was inquiring about getting new lids, sadly Tommee Tippee does not have replacement lids you can buy. Which I explained I was okay with and would just purchase new sippy cups. Well, these two reps decided to send me two new cups completely free!!! I was over joyed! This company did not have to do that, as the cup was not a defect of their own, but of my son’s chewing. I love Tommee Tippee and so does my son! This company is definitely a 5 start company and easily the best company I have ever reached out too! Thank you again! (:
