A massive thank you to Tom for the support he has provided myself and my husband with the process of purchasing a property. It has been a swift and straight forward process so far and Tom has been able to answer all our questions in a timely manner as well as link us with other useful contacts that has helped massively! I would definitely recommend Tom to others.

Tom has been fantastic throughout the home buying experience. Gave us good advice, answered all our questions, was super responsive and gave us contacts for other bits of the process. He's friendly, charismatic and made us feel very comfortable when viewing a property that we've gone through purchasing.

We bought a house sold by Tom at Tom Molloy estates last October 2025, Tom was patient and understanding, showing excellent communication and was proactive during the sale, Tom worked extremely hard to move the chain forward and keep the sale running smooth.

Tom was honest with questions we asked about the property.If we was to ever move again we would use Tom Molloy estates.
