Shame on you Tommy Hilfiger!!!
All they can do is apologise to you and tell you they are experiencing some delays.
Don't waste your time and call your bank to help you get your money back.
TH received back their items on 16 of February 2021, but they didn't send any confirmation to me that they received them.
At the beginning of March, I contacted them regarding my refund. The assistant confirmed that they received back the parcel and apologise, saying that they are experiencing some delays and that it will take another few days to get my money back.
At this point is one month later.
Today, 30 of March, I still haven't received my refund so I contacted my bank to try to get this sorted.
All I can say is that they are impostors and they don't care about the clients.
Hope this review will give you an idea about their way of doing business.
Think twice when you'd like to buy something from them!
