I ordered a fingerling monkey and got a knockoff “happy monkey”. It should have taken 15-20 days to get to me, it took 54. Even if i wanted to still give the monkey as a gift like originally planned i can’t. When I opened the envelope it came in the box was torn and broken. I have contacted them and and told them about how long it took, the condition it came in and that it was a knockoff that I wanted my money back. I get a response saying “We would like to confirm that in order to produce the Fingerlings faster for our customers, we need to change the box so it won't take to much time on packaging. The Fingerlings are totally the same.

In this case, it would be more convenient if you could send us some evidences like recording a video proving the problem so that we could work with our team to provide you with a best answer”

I am absolutely livid and I better get my money back!

I ordered a Fingerling on Sept 11, it finally came today (Nov 15). It is NOT a Fingerling, but a knockoff called a Finger Monkey. It came in an envelope, not a box, and the packaging was smashed and torn. I do not have much confidence that the product works either. Very disappointed, will not be ordering again from this company.

ORDERED A FINGER MONKEY ON 9/14/17. IT IS NOW 11/15/17. I HAVE EMAILED THEM AND TRIED TO CONTACT THEM THROUGH PAY PAL. THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANYTHING. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. TOTAL SCAM AND MORE OF A HEADACHE THAN ANYTHING!!!

Do not buy anything from Tomorrow Stuff, ordered fingerling monkeys in September, told me they coming from factory in October. Didn't come! Then told me they were shipped. I asked for tracking number and they said they were still waiting for them?? Requested a refund and now don't hear from them. Contacting PayPal to request my money back. Do not have anything to do with TomorrowStuff they are a sham scum rip off

I placed a order in September and still haven't recieved my items, I've also have sent numerous emails requesting a refund and nothing. There is no number and I'm getting very upset

Do not buy! They will not send your order for months and when they finally do the product is such low quality you will wish they had just kept it! I ordered Fingerlings monkeys and received a FAKE, cheaper version. I am still waiting on 6 more I ordered months ago and still have not received them. I wish they would just keep them since I now know they are fake but the company will no longer answer my emails!

Absolutely awful vendor. I ordered a pair of hidden suspenders back in August (three months ago) and they never arrived. I have written to them, but they have never replied. I have activated a PayPal case against them and am hoping to get the issue resolved. I am not normally one of those people to make a fuss about these things, but Tomorrowstuff have angered me beyond belief. Poor service, poor customer relations. Avoid this company at all cost.

I order a finger monkey and watchable back in October.i emailed several times and got no response.i did get package last Wednesday .Package was half open which was a bubble envelope and contents soaked.both packages ruined couldn't read either package.very disappointed.emaiked twice for replacement or refund no response.so don't waste your money or time ordering.

I ordered an interactive monkey on the 16th September 2017, when it didn't arrive by mid October, (it was for a birthday gift on the 29th) I tried to cancel and was told it had been dispatched. I have since had three replies to different e mails giving me three different dispatch dates! Still haven't received it and the tracking link doesn't work. Terrible rip off company.

I ALSO ORDERED THIS ITEM WEEKS AGO AND FINALLY GAVE UP ON THEM. TODAY I GOT AN EMAIL WITH TRACKING NUMBER. SAYS LEAVING CHINA. THEY NEVER STATED IT WOULD COME FROM CHINA ON ORDER PAGE AND DID CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD. HOPEFULLY I WILL STILL GET WHAT I ORDERED.

I was scammed when i purchased this item i never received it, i tried to contact them and never received a response, everyone needs to stay away from Tomorrowstuff.com they just steal peoples money, and they are frauds.

Still waiting for my finger monkeys also. I ordered them back in September sent them an email in October, they replied said I would get my order by the end of the month, still have not gotten anything as of today, November 9. How can we get our money back????

Add one more to the list, it is Scam! I placed the order 3 weeks ago, The tracked showed shipment was ready for shipment on Oct 27, but cargo is not available until now, try to get in touch with them by email, no respond, there is not telephone contact, May be we should report this to the police.

This place is a scam I ordered 2 Fingerling monkeys October 7th and I still haven't recieved them I was sent a tracking number but it won't load any info on my order I opened a dispute with pay pal for a full refund I hope the people behind this fake Web page will be found and put behind bars.

I keep getting the same email from them saying please have patience blah blah blah. No I want my money back NOW!!!!!! I will email everyday until I get my money back or have legit monkeys delivered! Terrible terrible service!!!!!! You need to be shut down ASAP!!!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I too ordered my finger monkeys Sept 17, 2017 and have not received them. I would give them a minus 5.... Do not order from Tomorrowstuff, you will be greatly disappointed.....it's a scam

I too have not received my Fingerlings Baby Monkeys that I ordered back in September 2017. I got the same response that everyone else has received.
Either it is going to take an additional 14 -15 days cause they just got a new shipment in or I get no response at all. I guess I am going to be out the money. I was really hoping to get this item for my Granddaughter as a Christmas Present, but looks like that is not going to happen. This Company is nothing but a SCAM and I am sorry that I fell for it. Learned my lesson the hard way.
