Hi Sam,
We have taken a look at your order and can see you ordered Friday afternoon and recieved your package today 3rd July? Can you confirm you now have your order?
We have been trying to ensure delivery with the right company. As you ordered on a Friday afternoon the order was sent out the same day and collected by Evri on the Monday morning. We have taken your feedback on board and are currently speaking to Evri regarding faster delivery times.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!
i dont think this is a legit company.. says next day shipping and took a week to get.. no replies from support.. lies about where they're shipping from..
if i could give this 0 stars i would... im contacting their payment service for a refund
(after them replying to this on trustpilot)> i have been trying to contact them for 14 days and they havent replied.. but they can reply to this? yeah this site is sketchy.. says they operate out of the uk? so how is it going to be next day delivery? its all lies.. it took ages to get here.

Hi dj,
We are sorry to hear you've had a bad experience. We can clarify that since May 2024 we are back to operating out of the UK. Our parcels are sent using Evri, a high majority of which are delivered within 2 working days, depending on the time of order.
Could you please send your order number and I can look into this more for you. Otherwise we will happily arrange a no questions asked refund once the item is sent back.
